    This was our second stay at Kinfauns but our first staying in this particular coach house. The coach houses are absolutely lovely and are superbly fitted out with everything you need. On arrival, we found a bottle of milk in the fridge along with some tea, coffee and sugar, as well as a packet of shortbread. The accommodation is very clean and very comfortable. The en-suite shower is just amazing! The accommodation is very spacious and has a large kitchen/diner with a back door, which we found ideal to use after a walk out with our dog, and two lounge areas with good size TV screens. The location is fantastic with great walks right from the doorstep. Also Perth is just a short drive away. Susan’s communications are excellent, and she responds extremely quickly to any requests. Family and staff nearby are so helpful and friendly too.
