  • A beautiful and peaceful oasis with an exceptional view.

My husband and I recently spent some time here with our 20-month-old and we had a wonderful stay. We were practically speechless each morning when we walked on our terrace to admire the stunning view from our house. It felt as if we were just floating amidst lush jungle overlooking the sea. Our house was also really comfortable and clean--we wished we could have stayed longer! (It was also a plus that our Internet was super fast with no issues.) The pool was also great and had a fantastic view as well. The food from the restaurant there was very nice, and the place is very child-friendly. Eed, manager of the Hill Village, was great. She was very helpful in showing us around the area and helping to fulfill any request we had, including finding medical help when our baby needed to see a doctor. The rest of the staff were also super kind and responsive as well. Everything was super easy and stress-free at this place. It's also about a 15 minute walk to town and the beach, so it's very well located. We really hope to come back.

  • Beautiful villa for a relaxing holiday
    4 of 5

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, totally private villa. The terrace is very large and the property is surrounded by lush greenery with a perfect sea view. All the furnishings and bed linens etc were top quality and the villa was perfect for us,a family of three. It should be pointed out however that although close to the beach(very quiet and unspoilt),the property is situated on a steep hill with winding road so better going down than up in the heat and may not be suitable for the not so fit! There is also a busy road to cross to get to the beach and Family Mart.Once there however there are various little restaurants lining the beach and if you choose not to hire a car or moped it’s not too difficult to get a taxi ,500 Bhart to Fishermen’s Village,600 to the large Tesco’s(you negotiate the price before hand)although no shortage of small food shops and restaurants along the road but apart from Family Mart, not within easy walking distance. There are other similar villas near by but they are all independent homes(not part of a hotel) so the buffet breakfast mentioned in the description was not evident although not a problem for us.There is also a hairdryer, not listed. All in we would recommend this lovely property.
