Easy access to restaurants, swimming and beach. This was an old er unit, very kitschy. Everything you need us here. Beds were comfortable. Faucet leak is n the bathroom but not my problem. Great location, easy access to Adelaide. Cheryl

Took us a little while to be able to locate the apartment's entrance and opening the door (with help of Lisa's detailed instruction). Negotiating the stairs with 2 small luggage was not a problem for us (ripped carpet on stairs could be a safety issue, especially at night). A warm and clean vibe welcome us in as we entered, the simple furniture provided easy access to kitchen, bedding necessities. AC operated efficiently but has a difficulty reaching into the 2 bedrooms; the one ceiling fan in bedroom 1 was a big help in circulating the air (we mostly used this bedroom due to this reason as the temperature was quite hot while we were there). We awoke with more traffic noise than desired the next morning; however, were out most of our stay, so it was not so much of a concern. The back door and washer were a plus, ocean breeze would rush through on some hot nights. Balcony door was accessible although a little sticky. After a few short walks to/from the beach, the nice shower head provided much relief and relaxing moment; however the tank less water heater might not have enough horsepower to provide a consistent water temperature for a continuous comfortable shower. Giving that this apartment is quite aged, the owner has done a great job in maintaining a nice and pleasant stay for her guests. Communication was easy and responsive.
