We had a wonderful time enjoying this condo and would definitely stay here again! However, it did take us about 24 hours to adapt to this setting (we weren't initially told about the hot water switch to provide hot water in the shower and it was new for us to dry our towels on a drying rack on the patio) but we are so glad we opted for a more cultural experience in this setting as opposed to the crowded all-inclusive experience. This was a newer type experience for us (no resort with a conceirge) but a great one! While this property is not fancy, it was clean and had everything we needed. We loved its location!! The two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for our family of four. The upper level is surrounded by windows/screens and opens unto a porch facing the ocean which we really enjoyed. We appreciated the kind beach attendant who made sure the private beach was only used by those staying on the property. The beach was never busy. The lounge chairs and palapya huts on the beach were wonderful and we always had more than enough space. We purchased groceries from the corner grocery store (great bakery items, frozen treats, meats, cheeses, etc) to provide for our breakfast and the packed lunches we enjoying on the beach. We also enjoyed the great restaurants just a short walk away! They had good food in addition to great atmosphere (Trunco Beach, Balicana, Citrus, and the italian restaurant). Our daughter speaks spanish and she really enjoyed getting to use this language. Todd and Greg were always totally true to their word and helped provide us with a wonderful experience! We left 100% satisified with our property location and really felt like we had spent 10 days enjoying a "House Hunters International Experience". It was a great experience and wonderful vacation in Punta Cana we would love to repeat!
