  • Home is great, booking company not great!

    The home was great but the company they use for booking does not respond to emails or voice mails. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was only heated for the last two days of our stay (only after I told them). I sent an email asking for a refund for 5 days with no heat in the pool and I am still waiting for them to respond.

    Over home was awesome. Everyone had there own space no complaints with being comfortable. A few noticable areas that need attention but not even enough to complain about. Home was beautiful we only used kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner done at parks and restaurants. Resort clubhouse has awesome food, view, pools, game room, spa, drinks!!! Only got too go once but enjoy. Only recommend equipment such as strollers etc for convenience to parks. Also need easier access through gates, lines were bagged out to street at times people were waiting to check in while the residents had to wait on the other side to show orange papers to get in. Most definitely will be staying in Champions Gate next year already planning!!!
