  • Great place in the middle of all the attractions for an amazing price

This studio was perfect for our little getaway. Very clean, roomy and the kitchenette was stocked with all the dishes you would need if you wanted to stay in and cook. Resort staff was awesome and always helpful with anything you needed. (They did offer us a "free breakfast & tour" which was really a timeshare pitch...we opted not to take the breakfast) The streetcar is steps from the resort's front door, and is about 10-15 mins away from the French Quarters and just a couple of minutes from the Garden District. There are a lot of local restaurants within walking distance of the resort (Blind Pelican is our favorite). After a long day of gallivanting around town we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. One of my favorite parts was going to the roof top to eat dinner and watch the sun set (amazing view of the city). Owner was fast with confirming our booking and gave great, detailed instructions how to check-in. I highly recommend valeting your vehicle, it is the cheapest around town and in a secured area that you have access to. We can't wait to come back!!

We were able to check-in in a short time without any problems. This is a resort which tries to set you up for a timeshare tour, but we declined without any issues. We were given the choice of 1 king bed or 2 queen which was nice since I thought we were getting /a studio with 2 queen beds. We chose the king and it was very comfortable. The room had a great view of the NOLA skyline which is beautiful at night. The room is small but for just my husband and I for one night, it worked perfectly. The mini kitchen appeared to be well stocked with full fridge, microwave, small rangetop, sink, dishwasher and small appliances. It appeared to have plenty of dishes, cookware, glassware and even spices although we did not use the kitchen for our 1 night stay. The streetcar stops right in front of the resort which is a very convenient and inexpensive way to get to the French Quarter or about without having to worry about parking and additional expense. The hotel offers valet parking for $22.50 a day, but we were able to park on the street around the corner from the resort. The staff was helpful and friendly and checkout was fast and simple. We would definitely stay again and would recommend for 2-3 guests for short stays or longer if space is not a problem.. bigger than many hotel rooms. Thank you for allowing us to book through you since we were treated as VIP guest...had late check-out at 12:00 and were able to check-in when we arrived at 11:00 instead of the 4:00 check-in time. Our stay was very pleasant! Thank you, Barbara
