Best VRBO. Very spacious, immaculate and every possible need covered by the owner. Completely stocked! From the Keurig with coffee pods, condiments, washer & dryer with laundry soap and Shout, she did not overlook one thing to make our stay absolutely fantastic. There was a grill with utensils, so we made a Costco run (only 4 miles) and enjoyed steaks on the outside patio. Located off the Main Street in a quiet little neighborhood with a playground less than a block away. I spoke to the owner and she was so helpful and accommodating. A great place for 2 couples to have their privacy but it was wonderful for our child to have his own space. WiFi easy to connect with strong signal. 3 Smart TVs as well! Great place, highly recommend.
Neat & clean, and terrific location. Compact, but lots of useful space if creative ( suitcases fit out of the way under the bed ). Nice mattress too! The reserved parking spot is a minute or two ( walking ) away from the front door, but there was an excellent short video sent to us weeks before our trip to show us where it was. Great communication from the owners prior to and upon arrival. There are many fabulous restaurants minutes away on foot. We walked the complete length of King Street ( heading south ) every day. We also were able to walk to both the horse-carriage terminals and the passenger ferry to Patriot's Point to see the USN Yorktown carrier. Our last night there, a bicycle rickshaw dropped us off at our door after a downtown riding tour. About the only thing that could be troublesome that might not be apparent to prospective renters would be the charming but extremely rough cobblestone/brick alley that the property sits on. If someone ( like my mom - who didn't come with us ) had to use her mobility scooter to get to the street from the front door ( 150' or so? ) she'd get stuck. If we go back to visit Charleston again, we'll DEFINITELY stay here again!
