  • Great apartment, great location, comfortable beds

It was our first time in Toulouse and we were looking to stay in the heart of the city. The location couldn’t be beat! The apartment was charming (eclectic) and spacious. With five people, we all had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped. The pub across the street was loud on Friday and Saturday nights, but with the windows closed, sleeping was fine. The building itself was very quiet. There is a grocery store literally steps from the building (Bio Express) which made picking up essentials easy. Many dining, bakery and cafe options were also within a short walk as well. The only thing that seemed a bit odd to us was a lack of recycling. With the local wines being so good we had more than a few bottles. However, had we known there was no on-site recycling, we could have taken bottles to the street where there were plenty of public bins. My mother-in-law enjoyed Musée Des Augustins, also a stones throw, but I didn’t get a chance this trip. Perhaps next time, as these Canadians intend to return!

  • Nice apartment in a great location.

This apartment was very comfortable for the short time we stayed. The location was excellent - so close to transportation and amenities. Couple of minor shortfalls were; no air conditioning and only one small fan, and broken showerhead bracket meant having to hold the shower head one-handed. We thought the kitchen was a little short on some dishes, but otherwise, it was a great layout. When we had an issue signing in to the WIFI, Damien got back to us immediately and continued communication until the problem was solved - SO appreciated! We truly enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or to recommend to others.
