FAQs

This year we’re holding two regional events: Nashville, TN, August 18–19 and Honolulu, HI, November 6–7. Click the Locations tab for more information about the venues and accommodations.
To make the summit accessible for more people, we're inviting ALL HomeAway partners. Each event is designed to easily fit into your busy schedule while providing two days of the most up-to-date industry insights and plenty of time for you to network with peers. We're also offering new topics and sessions created from attendee feedback, along with the most popular sessions from previous years, and inviting some exciting special guest speakers.
The summit agenda will be largely the same in each city, but speakers may vary and topics are subject to change.
The HomeAway Partner Summit is most appropriate for vacation rental owners or property managers with at least one live listing on the HomeAway network of websites. Whether you're new to renting your property or have been managing properties for several years, this is a chance to meet other owners and property managers, share feedback with HomeAway executives, and get insider information on industry trends.
Sure! Please note that the agenda will remain largely the same, but some topics and speakers are subject to change.
Early-bird registration for each summit is $159 per person, or $200 per person for regular registration. Early-bird pricing ends two weeks before each event.
HomeAway Summit is two days of industry education and networking with peers, HomeAway employees, and vendors to help better run your vacation rentals. Registration includes entrance to the conference on both days, access to all educational sessions and networking events, meals and snacks during the conference on both days, and a cocktail reception.
Your registration fee does not include overnight accommodations. We encourage you to support the local vacation rental economy by renting a home on HomeAway.com. We'll also secure a limited number of discounted hotel rooms at each venue. Please click the Locations tab to learn more about accommodations.
Each person attending HomeAway Summit will have to pay a registration fee, which will cover food and beverage expenses as well as administrative costs. There will be a limited number of onsite registrations available.
Please dress casually and layer your clothing as the temperatures in meeting rooms tend to vary. Please also note our cocktail reception may be held outside that, weather permitting.
Approximately 700 to 800 owners, property managers, HomeAway employees, and exhibitors will attend each HomeAway Partner Summit.
We'll have a customer service lab with 10 to 15 representatives onsite for each event. If you have specific needs or requests, we recommend contacting the customer service department directly at our help center.
Many people find it helpful to bring their laptops, tablets, or other note-taking devices. We'll do our best to provide wireless access for attendees at each venue.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event. Space is very limited at the HomeAway Partner Summit, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If you're concerned about your plans changing at the last minute, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
No presentations or materials will be available after the event.
For more information, please contact events@homeaway.com.
