HomeAway treehouse makes TIME Magazine’s 2018 World’s Greatest Places list

Austin, Texas, August 24, 2018 – The world’s first ski-in/ski-out treehouses, located on the slopes in Whitefish, Montana, have been selected as one of TIME Magazine’s 2018 World’s Greatest Places. The homes were the only vacation rentals to make TIME’s list and can be found on HomeAway.

To assemble the list, TIME solicited nominations from across a variety of categories – places to stay, visit and eat - from editors, correspondents and industry experts from around the world. Finalists were then evaluated on key factors including quality, originality, innovation and influence.

“It doesn’t get any better than being recognized for excellence by TIME Magazine,” said homeowner Gail Goodwin. “We’re humbled and honored to be one out of four accommodations that made the list in the US.”

There are three Snow Bear Chalets available to rent on HomeAway. Ranging from $480 - $1,700 per night, the two or three-bedroom treehouses sit on the slopes of the Whitefish Mountain Resort and boast 5-star décor, architecture and amenities.
