Marketing Agreement Provides Realogy Brands with Access to Global Channel of Vacation Home

AUSTIN, TX, June 02, 2010 — HomeAway® Real Estate, the exclusive real estate arm of HomeAway, Inc. and the only online marketplace dedicated to buying and selling vacation homes with rental potential, today announced a marketing agreement with Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services.
Through this relationship, Realogy’s leading residential real estate brands such as Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, Century 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA® Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty® will have their vacation homes listed for sale on HomeAwayRealEstate.com. Agents affiliated with Realogy brands now gain access to HomeAway’s global channel of second home owners and prospective vacation home buyers. To enhance their listings, these agents also have the opportunity to become a member of HomeAway Real Estate’s site and gain the advantage of providing additional details about a home’s rental potential, including rental history, average rental rates and vacation-specific characteristics.
