Emerald Water and White Sand at Your Pensacola Beachfront Condo

Pensacola Beach is the perfect place to get away from it all, with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Located on narrow Santa Rosa Island, one of the longest barrier islands in the world, 22 miles of sandy beaches line the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Pensacola Beach

The white sand beaches are a perfect backdrop for the clear water of the Gulf. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, and there are plenty of snack shops nearby. It's also easy to get away from the more populated stretches of beach for a quiet stroll along the ocean's edge.

Quietwater Beach Boardwalk

Across the road from the beachfront area, there are restaurants and shops lining a boardwalk that faces the Santa Rosa inlet. The small bay is shallow, and it is bordered by a narrow beach. This is a great place for families to enjoy the water and still be near restrooms and eateries.

Nearby Beaches

Nearby Destin Beach and Panama City Beach also perch on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and are popular destinations. To the west, Orange Beach, AL, holds a yearly Mardi Gras Celebration.

Bamboo Willie's Beachside Bar

Across the street from the beach, Bamboo Willie's offers ten different kinds of frozen daiquiris and an extensive specialty drink menu. The outdoor bar is just steps away from Quietwater Beach.

The Wine Bar

To enjoy a glass or a bottle of wine, along with imported cheeses and bistro food, The Wine Bar is a great place to relax. If you enjoy your selections, the adjacent wine and cheese shop allows you to take some with you when you leave.

The Seville Quarter

This is a downtown Pensacola venue that hosts several bars and restaurants. One of the most entertaining of the seven rooms of music is The Piano Bar and Bistro. Dueling pianos at Rosie O'Gradys will also enliven your evening, along with an interactive show.

During the summer months, temperatures at Pensacola Beach hover in the high 80s. It can get a bit nippy in the fall and winter, with ocean breezes increasing the chill when temperatures dip into the 50s and 60s. In the summer, there are occasional thunderstorms and light rain. However, there is no real rainy season.
