Mexico Beach is just 20 minutes east of Panama City via private car or rental car. From the opposite direction Mexico Beach is roughly an hour east of the South Walton area. To reach your destination via car simply takes highway 98 east. Shortly after passing Tyndall Air Force Base you will arrive at Mexico City. To reach Mexico Beach via air travel you will want to fly into the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport known as ECP located at Panama City Beach. You will find many airlines have direct flights here such as Delta and Southwest. Your destination is only an hour away from the airport via highway 98 east. Other travel options to reach Mexico Beach are Sunshine Shuttle and Limousine which offers direct transportation from the airport as well as taxi pickup.
