How to Get There

The three main ways to reach the island are by boat, air or car. There are three marinas on the island that are suitable for pleasure boats to tie up to. The Brunswick Golden Isles Airport is the nearest airport for commercial airline travel, or you can travel into Jacksonville or Atlanta if you need access to a larger airport. If you are driving, you can connect to Interstate 95. Then, turn east on Highway 341 in Brunswick. As you navigate through Brunswick, turn north onto Highway 17 and east onto the Torres Causeway to reach the island.
