    Cape Canaveral, Florida, is a small city located on the state's northeastern coastline.     How to Get There

    To get to Cape Canaveral, you may rent a car or drive your own, using State Route A1A, 520 and 528. If you prefer to use public transportation, the city is services by Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT), which has connections throughout Brevard County. If you want to fly to Cape Canaveral, the nearest airport is Melbourne International Airport (MLB), which is 28 miles away. You can rent a car at the airport to get the rest of the way to Cape Canaveral.
