My husband and I had 2 wonderful weeks at the Guesthouse, we had friends join us for a week through the middle of our stay and the 4 of us were quit comfortable with the house layout, 1 couple upstairs and the other in the main floor bedroom.
The birdwatchers in the group enjoyed waking up to the ever present abundance of birds at the feeders off the back patio you could see from the breakfast table. Rachel keeps these well maintained and stocked daily. Our first morning, 24 species were counted.
Location is a bit isolated, but after a day exploring the region, it was always nice to return to the quit of the ranch.
The kitchen is well outfitted, Rachel has a good selection of spices and condiments available for guest use, preparing meals was never a problem. You do need to pre-plan your grocery needs, there are only 2 mini markets available in the town near-by (20 miles away).
This is a very picturesque setting. Anyone looking for a comfortable get away, wildlife viewing opportunities, bird watching, regional wineries, and/or seeing rural Arizona won't be disappointed.
