Great appartment, nice owner and good situated

It was a very nice place to stay, very suitable for a business trip. Contact and arrangements were good. We needed to be in the Palais des Festivals which was close by, so a perfect stay in a good surrounding.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

This is an apartment that should not be overlooked. We rented this flat over the Christmas / New Year holidays, and we would go back here in a heartbeat. The pictures do not do it justice. It is light and airy with the most spectacular views over the harbour. The bedrooms are a good size, and having a large bathroom, a beautiful high-tech shower room, and an additional W.C. was perfect. The open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room with the breakfast bar separating everything was a perfect way to stay connected with everyone else in the flat while preparing meals. It was nice to have a 'gated' building as well. Security was high, and when we did see other residents in the communal areas, they were friendly and welcoming.

You would be hard-pressed to find a more convenient location to live. We were surrounded by everything we needed, and despite having the luxury of an underground car park, we did not hire a car, and did not miss it. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. You are spoiled for choice for shopping with the large market three minutes away, not to mention several grocery stores nearby as well. The nearby restaurants are plentiful when you didn't feel like cooking. The harbour is less than a five minute walk away.

The best time of the day was getting up in the morning and raising the blinds to watch the sun come up over the Lerin Islands. It was a great way to start our day with our morning coffee and croissants.

We will definitely come back to this flat, and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone else. The owner is friendly and helpful (in both English and French), and sorted out our questions very quickly.
