Amazing Holiday

  • 5 of 5
We Stayed at this Villa Sept 10. We flew into Tampa and although it was quite a long drive after a long flight it was an easy drive on the inter state nearly all the way. Everything at the Villa was as described and it was beautiful and clean. The pool area was amazing and got plenty of sun until late afternoon. There was plenty of seating areas and we ate all meals outside. We were met on our second day by the management company who told us everything we needed to know. They gave us a map of the area and marked restaurants shopping malls and places of interest ect. Most of the restaurants we visited were excellant we really liked one on the sea front at Fort Myres and loved the Yacht Club also at Fort Myres (a bit more expensive than some but well worth it) We found this area convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. We drove as far as Orlando and Miami but there was plenty to do and see much nearer to the villa. If you want a taste of old Florida try a trip to Pine Island.
For us the highlight of the holiday was the boat, which we hired with the villa, for the second week. We have never used a boat before and were a bit nervous but need not have worried. Captain Bob came to the villa and went through everything we needed to know, and took us out for a short lesson. We decided to hire Captain Bob for the rest of the morning to show us around a bit more, this was very reasonably priced and I would strongly recommend it to first time boaters. After this we were able to go out on our own with confdence and visited severasl places our favourite being Cabbage Key. All the family enjoyed the boat and we would recommend if you are hiring the villa to try and hire the boat for at least part of your stay.
We have visited Florida several times in the past but this was one of the best there were six of us and something in this area for us all, from shopping, parks wildlife, beaches, to boating and deserted islands. All in all we had a great holiday and would recomment the Villa and area to anyone considering a holiday in Florida.

“Great vacation villa and worth recommending!”

In September 2012 my wife and I had a very nice 2 weeks vacation in the beautiful large villa Casablanca and we'd surely love to share our experiences with you:
At our arrival in the evening, the magnificent villa entry was fully illuminated and the housekey was easily found in the lockerbox. Inside of the villa everything had been arranged to give us a warm welcome and make us immediately feel at home. And as a nice surprise, a tasty bottle of wine was also waiting for us: Cheers on the holidays to come!
During our stay we fully enjoyed the luxury of this splendid place.
Also the villa was exactly as described: All rooms, and especially the very stylish Master bedroom, were very large and tastefully furnished. The beds were all super comfortable and the 4 complete bathrooms and 4 flat screen TV sets just didn't leave anything to be desired... An absolute 10 for our sleeping comfort!
The large kitchen was entirely new and had all facilities we needed.
Furthermore the double airco system with separate regulation for the Master bed- and bathroom always ensured us of a highly appreciated cooling down after sunbathing on the comfortable poolbeds. The oversized swimming pool was very clean and we also fully enjoyed the remote controlled bubbling hot tub and the waterfall. Even more: At night an enchanting illumination of the pool and the landscaping around it contributed to the magic of this vacation villa!
A very large ventilated lanai with comfortable seats and tables was situated next to the pool. Every morning we had breakfast outside on the lanai with view on the water and the upcoming sun as our travel mate.
Also the location of this house can hardly be improved: A well-maintained nice calm street with very little trafic. Also close to Walmart, Publix and other grocery- and department stores. We also enjoyed the beautiful white beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. The Yacht Club was only a 15 mnts. drive away. We also rented a boat to explore the Cape Coral canals and the Caloosahatchee river up to the Gulf of Mexico. An easy-to-operate boatlift was also at our disposal in the canal at the backside of the villa. Cape Coral is a great place for boating and we had such nice trips on the water!
Last but not least a very wellment " thanks " to the Property Management of the villa: Marcella, Sabine and Uwe, we met you all as very friendly and helpful hosts!
And when leaving this wonderful house we didn't say goodbye but... until we meet again!
