Awesome

My wife and I stayed here for our 10 yr anniversary. I can't say enough great things about it. Great neighborhood. Lot's of moms with strollers and people walking their dogs. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and to the park. Bernel Heights park is a spectacular view. Uber to downtown is about $15. Uber to the bart is ~$6 which is probably about the minimum charge. It was so fun to stay in a neighborhood and experience San Francisco like a resident instead of tourist in a hotel. Thanks Sean!

Excellent SF Rental House

I'm a native San Franciscan and I can say this is a great San Franciscan home. The location was great! This house was very clean and well stocked. The garden was perfect for my little kids (ages 5 and 9) to play while I can easily see them through the kitchen/dining room windows. We love to cook and the kitchen had every utensil you can imagine with great pots/pans. The location was walking distance to Cortlandt Street where you have a choice of a few really tasty restaurants and a great organic grocery store, The Good Life. We loved the Sand Box Bakery! Pastries are made fresh daily and you can get a great cup of coffee (love De La Paz). We also hiked up to the Bernal Hill and my kids played at the Holly Park, both within walking distance. On Saturday morning, we wen to the oldest SF Farmer's Market on Alemany. Get there early (6AM) to avoid the crowds. Oh, we loved this flat! Really a great vacation and parking was very easy in the neighborhood. Being in Bernal Heights, you don't get as much fog as elsewhere in the city. Nice! One more plus, the washer and dryer were very quiet.
