We rented this adorable house for a 5 night stay in Tahoe for a wedding. We were a group of 7 friends from 4 different states, and the house was perfect for us. Duggan (the landlord) has done an amazing job of stocking the house with everything you could possibly need for a stay. The house looks small from the outside, but is quite roomy and comfortable. There was also an awesome welcome basket, and black book filled with information about the house and local places for food and groceries. Because we were all flying in and out, it was so nice to not have to buy a bunch of paper supplies, condiments, soap, etc. that we wouldn't be able to bring home with us. We were able to cook several great meals in the kitchen (and on the grill) and enjoy the hot tub. We didn't watch much TV (lots of wedding activities) but there were lots of channels available. Duggan was very responsive with all of our questions. Another plus - the beds were very comfy!
Would definitely recommend, and if we return to Tahoe (which we would all love to do!) we will stay at one of Duggan's properties again.
Activities we recommend: RumRunner Boat Cruise from the Beacon Bar and Grill. The Beacon Bar and Grill was a good location for lunch on the lake (though expensive, as everything in Tahoe is).
