This was our fifth trip to WDW since 2009 and our first trip driving and staying offsite. We stayed in the 2BR/2BA first floor condo and couldn't have been happier. The condo was in pristine condition. Kitchen was fully stocked, master suite was amazing and the kids bedroom was perfect for my two little ones. The pirate pool area was lots of fun, but we preferred the "quiet" pool that was between our building and the building with the Pizza Hut Express. It was never crowded, had a nice hot tub that I enjoyed after a long day at the parks and of course, was closer! We ate at the Irish Pub one night and it was delicious! The drive to the parks was a breeze, it's amazing how staying onsite and depending on the buses tricks you into thinking the parks are so far away! We timed ourselves one time leaving Magic Kingdom...when we walked out of the front gates, it took us 25 minutes from that point to walking into our room. Keep in mind, that was getting on a monorail, riding it to the TTC, getting to our vehicle and driving back to the condo. In the past, I have waiting 25 minutes just to catch a Disney bus! There were tons of dining options near the resort and the Walmart is very close as well. We cooked our breakfast most mornings and at night, either ate out or fixed a quick supper (tacos, pizza, etc.). Check-in and check-out were super simple, we arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the lady at the front desk contacted housekeeping and they bumped our condo to the front of the cleaning list, so we ended up getting in our room early. Until it was ready, we just went to the outlets next door and did some shopping.
I can't wait to stay at this property again very soon!
