summer 2010

  • 5 of 5
My husband, two sons and I stayed at Paul's house the last week of August 2010 and absolutely loved it! I was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could possible need. We liked that the house was a out of the way away from downtown N. Conway. It was very quiet at night. We found plenty to do in town. We did Storyland, Santa's Village, Clarks Trading Post, The Lost River and Gorge, Uberblast, Peaches, Loon Mountain, Texas Toast & Pig's Ear BBQ, Creation Nation, Wildcat Mtn., Conway Scenic Railroad, Sherman Farm, The Lobster Trap, Kancamangus Hwy, and made a few memories of our own. Loved the whole week and will probably come back next year.

Homey rental and owner great to deal with

  • 5 of 5
My husband, 4 year-old daughter, and myself stayed at this property Friday, 9/17 to Sunday, 9/19.

Paul (property owner) was a complete pleasure to deal with and happily answered all my questions. He keeps the rental process very simple- as it should be! We didn't need to call him while we were there, but I felt as though he'd do everything in his power to help with any problems if any cropped up.

His home is adorable, super comfortable and well-maintained. We had everything we needed. His rental description was accurate and we experienced no unpleasant surprises. I felt the price was very reasonable, and better than what we would have paid at a decent hotel suite in the North Conway area.

The home is a little out of the way and the road leading to the house a little bumpy because it's not paved (we didn't mind), but definitely within a short and reasonable distance to North Conway, if that's where you'll be visiting. We also visited StoryLand while there.

I'm hoping the property will be available again for our next trip up.

Tips for writing reviews - what to include:

  • What did you most enjoy about your stay?
  • Would you come back again or recommend this home to a friend?
  • Was the property a good fit for the group you were traveling with?
  • What nearby activities, attractions, or restaurants did you enjoy?
  • What did the owner or property manager do to provide great customer service?
