A group of friends and I (lower to mid 20s) came down to Virginia Beach from the DC Metro area for Memorial Day Weekend. We had a phenomenal time at this amazing house. Everything was as advertised, and the owner came by to tell us everything about the house. The only thing that didn't work was the Wi-Fi, but we didn't come to the beach to be on the internet anyway. The house comfortably fit our whole group (15 people), as everyone had a bed to sleep in. It's literally a two minute walk away from the beach so it was really easy to go back and forth. The area itself is pretty quiet, with lots of families, and the beach was a larger mix of people. It's nice being far from the boardwalk as there's more room to enjoy and it doesn't get as crowded. Cabs were a little difficult to get, but you can get to downtown within 5 minutes, where there's plenty of bars and places to go out if that's what you are looking for. Overall, had a 5 star experience; the house was amazing and the owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely look to stay again in the future!
