We stayed here for a week in Jan with another couple. This is an awesome place to stay, waking up every morning to the spectacular ocean views, and enjoying the sunsets from the balcony. Our main focus was diving, as well as spending time with friends we don't see often enough.
This unit has 3 bedrooms (king/king/queen), all with private balconies, ensuite bathrooms, and lots of space to stow your gear. The washer and dryer is nice, as is the ½ bath off the entry. Other than the spectacular view, my favorite part was the huge, generously appointed, modern kitchen. We had lobsters, steaks, chicken, pork, fresh fish, etc. that we cooked up ourselves. Local prices are reasonable, and there is even a small convenience store in a 30 second walking distance for beverages (yes, beer!), snacks, etc. The condo bldg. is well thought out, with grocery carts to assist in moving groceries up to whatever floor you may be staying on. The pool is wonderful (but not heated), with a nice hot tub. The condo has visible security and is gated.
Tom (one of the owners) came by to make sure we had all the info we needed, and he, himself, has a plethora of information. The condo has some business cards from people other renters have used and recommend, including a wonderful young couple (Molly and Andrew) of Romero's catering. They cooked a decadent, reasonably priced 4 course meal for us, and even cleaned up! Also, our two friends each had a massage therapist come to the condo after diving and had 1 - 1.5 hour massages, also very reasonably priced.
Wifi & DVD player worked well, lots of hot water for showers, and well stocked kitchen.
There are 3 well stocked, large grocery stores with good produce, meat, fish, dairy, etc. There is also a store called Europa on the "main" street that runs along the water that has a good wine selection, as well as imported cheeses, meats, (Kobe beef, prosciutto, etc). However, there is some crazy law about when you can by liquor on Sundays, which is island wide.
