Stunning Vacation Spot!

What a gem! We rented this beautiful cottage for 1 week in August. The cottage is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for those sporadic indoor, rainy days. The porch is large and great for meals. The property is spacious -- you feel fairly isolated from neighbors and can enjoy lawn games or lounging on the grass by the lake. Mullett Lake is amazing -- 17,000 acres to explore. This lake has several inlets, so we enjoyed it more than Burt Lake. This cottage is located on one inlet or bay, so it's like having your own small lake to tub, jet ski, kayak, etc. Or you can go out to explore the rest of the lake. The lake bottom next to this cottage is sandy and weed-free. We enjoyed swimming, playing in the water, tubing, boating, and jet skiing. The lake is surprisingly quiet, particularly during the week. Thoroughly enjoyed this cottage, the lake, and the beautiful setting. Jeff is the property manager, and he's very responsive and helpful Overall a wonderful vacation!
