Other reviews have said this condo is a gem and I agree. A couple friends and I stayed here in July for three nights for a race at Trestle Bike Park. Our criteria was simple; close to the resort, quiet/comfortable/warm/dry, and cost effective. This condo easily met our needs and provided much more. The condo is a very easy pedal away from the chair lifts, but is just far enough from the resort that you have privacy and quietness. The complex is not on a through-street, so vehicle traffic is at a minimum. The condo itself is on the second (top) floor and received almost no foot traffic during our stay. If there were neighbors to either side of the room, we never heard them. The only sound we heard at night was the flowing river that is a stone's throw from the back deck. The condo is clean, well kept, and is decorated like someone's home, not a cookie cutter commercial room. There are a few hints that indicate the complex's age, but they are very minor, and it is obvious that the condo has been well cared for and upgraded were it counts (e.g. the kitchen appliances, paint colors, and furnishings). The beds and sofas are very comfortable and inviting. The master suite has a full-size hot tub in it, which is something I have never seen before, but is a welcomed option after a long day of activity. The property owner is very nice, accommodating, and easy to work with; the most straightforward with pricing of any I contacted when planning this trip. Overall, I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quite, comfortable place to unwind after a day of activity. It is properties and owners like this that make VRBO such a success. I will definitely book this one again in the future if I find myself in Winter Park for more than a day.
