We stayed here over Thanksgiving, 5 nights, and would definitely recommend the Mocina house to others. We stayed in the top floor. We had two couples and four teenage boys in our party, and felt we had enough living space and sleeping space. Beds were super comfortable, and sheets/towels/pillows were also high quality. We cooked and hosted Thanksgiving dinner here, and had everything we needed. We did rent a car, which we were glad we did, but also had one day of sightseeing where we caught the bus from down the street and then caught the train into downtown, which worked quite well. If it had not been so cold while we were there, we probably would have used public transportation even more. We took a number of walks around the neighborhood, both daytime and well after dark, and felt extremely safe. Not much traffic, and beautiful houses everywhere. We had one day where the heat was slow to come on, which was addressed IMMEDIATELY, and to our satisfaction, with very little distraction to us. Could not have been more pleased with the house and their customer service. If we return to Boston, we would definitely rent again.
