We found the listing very accurate, if anything the location was better than expected! There was so much available: snorkelling right in front, ocean view, beach within a very short walk, pool right out the door, BBQs steps away...well stocked kitchen with everything needed, even a small rolling cooler we took to Hana with us. The owners were great, very quick replies and any questions we asked were answered within a day or so. We would recommend the property to friends and relatives and will likely return with our adult children. We found the area well groomed, very clean and well maintained. We did not use the pull out sofa bed; the bed was comfy. The air-conditioner was a bit noisy, but we turned it on approximately an hour prior to going to bed...we closed the bedroom sliding doors and the bedroom cooled nicely where we only required the ceiling fan while we slept. Lahaina nearby was a nice quaint town with shops, restaurants and tour company excursions along the coast behind the Banyan Tree off Front Street. The neighbours were fixing repairs in their unit next door and Millard and Shirley purchased us a $100 Sea House Restaurant gift card for any inconvenience the construction would cause, totally unexpected, and the neighbours were extremely quiet and courteous during the repair which was completed while we were staying there. The restaurant was wonderful and we recommend it. We even attended a little get-together the neighbours had for other tenants/owners in Napili Point. Very friendly people in the Resort! We had fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast and enjoyed the Lanai/patio daily. We also BBQ'd a lot and enjoyed the Lanai/patio at night, too. We bought some groceries from Costco, but stocked up at the Napili Market 5 minutes drive away which was a little pricier than Times and Safeway in Lahaina, but the convenience could not be beat. Great coffee in the Napili Market and also cute Consignment store with some local jewelry with good prices. Fantastic Holiday overall!
