3 of stayed for three weeks in June while working at the theatre which was only an 8 minute stroll away. It turned out to be a working holiday and didn't want to leave. Everything in the house is of the highest quality; kitchen utensils, crockery, bed linens, towels. The area is wonderfully private and quiet and only a stones throw from the waterways. Better than I could have hoped for. Thank you for a great stay.

I stayed at the townhouse for 3 weeks and it was fantastic! It's beautifully decorated, looks just like the pictures. We all loved our bedrooms. The kitchen is great and the living area is spacious - the whole house is very comfortable. We didn't use the roof deck as it was very hot, but the pool was a godsend!
I didn't have a car, but there's so much in walking distance including grocery, restaurants, shops, movies and theatre. I highly recommend this house for long or short stays. It was a delight!

I stayed at the townhouse for three weeks and it was fantastic. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We all loved our rooms and having a great kitchen and living area was terrific.
It was June and very hot out, so having the pool was lovely. I didn't have a car, but didn't need one with grocery, shops, restaurants, movies and theatre all in walking distance.
I highly recommend staying there, you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I and our 5 kids (ages 18 - 9) didn't want to leave! The home is immaculate, well stocked and in a great location. The pool was perfect for cooling down, as we had fabulous weather. The photo's are right on target. Patrick made everything so very user-friendly and it was a breeze to rent from him. We were visiting for 8 days during Easter break and found alot to do. We ventured to Lauderdale by the Sea, not too far from the condo and really enjoyed its quaint downtown area and quiet beaches. We did a day trip to Miami and ate some fabulous cuban cuisine! Walking by the riverfront or Los Olas blvd and eating cheesecake was a treat. And the proximity to the airport couldn't have been better. The older kids would hang out on the rooftop at night, listening to their ipods, relaxing or playing cards. Don't hesitate, just book it! Maryann

My family and I recently stayed in this townhouse and had such an enjoyable time. The home was super clean and had everything we could ever need, it was just like being at home. It was extremely comfortable and a great central location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Fort Lauderdale! Thanks Patrick!

Great house, very clean and well located in Fort Lauderdale. The area is pretty quiet and the terrace is great for relaxing during the day and evening night. I rented many houses the last few years but Patrick's house is one of the most fully equipped I saw so far (lot of kitchen tools and super BBQ with extra gas!). Worth the price.

Great!! The pictures on VRBO actually match what the house looks like in person. You could not ask for a better location. Attention to detail made the home very comfortable to stay in. Would definitely go back!

We spent 2 weeks in this Townhouse. It was a lovely house and we really enjoyed it. We were 6 people and had plenty of room for everybody. We enjoyed most the kitchen which was very well equipped and suitable for home cooking. The roof terrace was nice too, especially on cold and windy days (yes, we did have some cold weather while staying there). Everything was well kept and taken care of. We can warmly recommend this Townhouse.

This was my first time renting a house and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. We were there in August for ten days with my mom, three daughters, niece and my maltese. Everyone was more than comfortable with all the ammenities offered. The townhome was impecable and the decor was fabulous. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and always missed something a home. I have to say staying here I did not, we didn't want to leave. It felt like home.
