Cozy, well-organized, attractive, & spacious home provides calm & escape from the bustle and fun of nearby Scottsdale. The owners have given a great deal of thought to providing for almost everything the visitor would need; well-stocked kitchen, wonderful sheets and towels; thoughtful welcome basket; and pamphlets, maps and magazines which guide the visitor to all the delights of the area. Cooking in this kitchen was a joy but nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions competed with the calm of the house to pull the visitor into the city's sophisticated venues. The well-traveled & charming owners were available to meet any need. What a great place to be any time of the year.

I can't rave enough on how wonderful it was to stay at this condo. We have an 11 month old and a 2 year old. Paul and Rosemary were very helpful and even provided us with a booster seat for eating and baby proofing gates. We were able to block the spiral staircase but had to really watch the kids around the propane fireplace. The outdoor space was fantastic, with a back and front patio in addition to the balconi. We really felt like we were on vacation relaxing at this condo while the kids took their naps. The location was ideal. We will stay here again.

An Absolute Fabulous Find

All we kept saying during our visit was, Wow! Virtually everything you could ask for is here. Rosemary and Paul took great care in making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Their condo is close to everything. I would recommend their condo to anyone visiting Scottsdale. You will not be disappointed. We can't wait to come back.

There isn’t much more to add to the other reviews except - Wow - What a find! I don’t know how many times we said that during our stay. The condo is beautiful and the location is close to everything you could possibly want! Rosemary is very gracious and wants you to truly enjoy your stay. She even updated us on the weather before we arrived. It is obvious that much thought has been given to the needs and wants of all guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the Scottsdale area. We cannot wait to come back and are already planning our next trip to this wonderful place.

Fantastic all around

This condo is quite a find in terms of location (~1.5 miles to Old Town Scottsdale/Entertainment District on a nice quiet street right near the canal) and overall amenities/upkeep/atmosphere. It truly was a 'home away from home' and you can tell that the owners take great care of it as well of their guests. Rosemary made the entire process so easy and was there to greet us upon arrival and show us the place. There is always some level of uncertainty when renting from a private owner, but she provided plenty of assurance and the place was even more fantastic than the pictures/descriptions let on. The condo was extremely clean and virtually everything you can think of was provided, including recommendations on local activities/restaurants/services, which were excellent and not just pulled from a local tourist brochure. We must have commented 20 times during our stay how great the place was and honestly had zero complaints or disappointments. Just simply a fantastic place!

Having read the other reviews there is not much more that I can add. Everything that you would or could need on vacation are all provided for you. All you need to bring with you is your toothbrush and a change of clothes. Even reading material is there for you. The owners were there to great us when we arrived and made us feel most welcome. The extensive handbook with hints and suggestions for places to visit or restuarants try was a really great touch. We really enjoyed our stay in this home away from home and can't wait for our return visit to Phoenix and this hidden gem of a property. Much better than a hotel. Once the remodelling of the canal water front is finished you will have direct access to the shops/mall and restaurants.

Everything you need-great vacation!

The house is in a great location, a short walk or drive from old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall, A Safeway supermarket is also within 5 minutes. The house was amazing, plasma tv, pool, three bedrooms all with own bathroom, everything that you could need for your vacaton was provided-a real home from home!
The owners Paul and Rosemary were really friendly and made our stay an enjoyable one. They made the whole booking process easy, when we had travel issues due to Hurricane Ike they were really supportive.
We would love to come back and stay here again, much better than a hotel!
If you are going to Scottsdale and want to stay in a great house in a great location then this is the place to choose.
