Private eastshore lakefront setting on 2 acres with magnificent mountain and lake views. Spectacular sunsets seen from this newly renovated house. Large deck overlooking 170 feet of private lake frontage and dock. Swimming area off the beach near the boat dock. Three queen beds (one is fold out), one double and two twin beds. Terraced flower gardens to beach and potted flowering annuals on the deck watered with an automatic sprinkler system. Large lawn area completes the setting. House is furnished and decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. High speed internet access and satellite TV are provided. Canoe is available for the more adventuresome (life jackets provided and required). Glacier National Park is 45 minutes away. Bigfork is 9 miles north, complete with gourmet restaurants, galleries, gift and clothing shops, and an award-winning summer playhouse. Woods Bay is 4 miles north with boat launch, marina and restaurants. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Great place for the Wakefield/Burns Family Reunion. Fun things we did:"moonlight" gondola ride on Big Mountain, Bear Dance Trail at mile marker 23-within walking distance of here-views of the lake are fabulous coming back down, Fourth of July parade in Bigfork-as quaint as ever!

5 families have met here for beautiful sunsets. The weather is still great, we had a steak barbeque last night, fantastic! We then played monopoly and lit the bonfire. Great family time and videos that will be funny. The weather has been perfect for us. We are so grateful...fish started coperating last night, Rob caught one and Sean caught two (rainbow). Caught off the dock using worms. Had a fantastic dinner in Bigfork, the Bells and Walkers had a fun day of golfing at Eagle Bend. This has been a wonderful trip and the Sunset house is more than we expected.

Sunset House has lived up to it's name providing beautiful and relaxing views of the sun playing on the mountains across the lake both at sunset & sunrise. Went to Wild Horse Island and had a once in a lifetime adventure. We were the only people on the island-time of year & midweek-we hiked a known trail-ran into a herd of bighorn sheep-quite an exhilarating adventure! The remainder of our time was visually spectacular as we explored Glacier, various mountain trails and Garnet-the ghost town. We hope others enjoy their stay here as much as we have! The Clarks

Aug 26-Sept 1, 1995Dave & Susan Lurie & Rachel (8) & Mitch (6) abd Dan (6). We came to your lovely home after a week of hiking in Glacier. What a treat! Perfect weather and more wonderful hiking in Jewell Basin. The kids spent hours in the water out front, and the moon on the lake at night was spectacular. Relaxing, rejuvenating, simply a wonderful place to be together. We spent a fantastic week here! Thanks, Susan, Dave, Rachel, Dan & Mitch

Bill & Denise Larson with daughter Amanda (12) and her friend Samantha (11). Beautiful weather all week, only 1/2 day of clouds. Temp. high 80 degrees. We never went anywhere! Did'nt need to--everything we came for was at this lovely home! The lake was a table top most afternoons and evenings-we waterskiied, tubed and cruised. Bill & Denise scuba dive and we had great dives beginning right at the dock and at Wildhorse Island. The girls played in their inner tubes and snorkeled. We had many campfires-s'mores too! BBQ'd a lot and enjoyed the "star show". Thank you for sharing your lovely home. The Larsons,billings, MT

July 9-19, 1995Bob & Betty Moore with sons Andrew 8 & Jonathan 10, from Denver, Colorado. We've loved your Sunset House and can't imagine a better spot on the lake to view the nightly panorama. While we were here we were only able to drag the boys away for a couple of days. We went to Glacier one day, took a hike at Jewell Basin, did a day of go-carts, mini-golf and water slide...But the rest of the time the boys were so happy here. I'm sure they spent 6 or 7 hours a day in the lake. We towed a ski boat from Denver so they also did a lot of tubing. We enjoyed tours around the lake but we were always home (your home) at Sunset. Thanks for letting us share your special place.Bob, Betty, Jon & Andy
