Windswept is located AT the Preserve Beach and Walking Trail Access with just a short walk to the most beautiful, most serene, and Private beaches on North Captiva Island. Our home is custom designed and crafted, taking its inspiration from Old-Florida and Key West Style Inns. Four full bedrooms and a sleeping loft (fifth bedroom) are beautifully decorated with fine furnishings and sumptuous linens. Attention to details carries throughout this magical oasis by the sea. The broad sweeping and open-concept great room offers ample seating for larger groups. The 62' DLP TV in the living area is complete with HD Direct TV, Blu Ray DVD, and Bose Surround sound Home Theater. The Master Bedroom Suite offers a spectacular 'Tommy Bahama' King Size Bed with a desk and sitting area facing views of the Bay. The Master bath suite is complete with double shower heads and temperature controls in the awesome walk-in shower, as well as a jetted corner jacuzzi tub and dual sink vanity.

A second king size bedroom is located on the opposite side of the beach house adjacent to the Guest Bath Suite. Two guest bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Full) are decorated with a subtle beach flair. The upstairs loft bedroom (Sleeps 5 in beds) offers 1 full size bed with 1 twin trundle bed, as well as 2 twin bed sleeping areas (memory foam mattresses - set up as a cool sectional sofa for loft lounging), and is also home to a 32'LCD Flat screen TV and an X BOX 360 game system (with guitar hero) ... a great kids play area with games and toys.

Fun, Games, Water sports, Poolside Picnic, Grillin' and chillin', something for everyone! With one of the largest heated pools on the island, a spacious and private pool deck surrounded by preserve.

The ground level of this amazing vacation home brings together the fun of the beach with a festive Boardwalk flair. Our putting greens offer a great diversion from all day at the beach! The treetop lookout tower is the perfect place for relaxing, resting, and gathering... Never Mind the breathtaking sunsets!
