We stayed in June/July 2009 and absolutely loved it! Cesar was great to deal with and the place was immaculately clean, as if no one had been before! Great location with funky and cheap places to eat as soon as you walk out the door, (Check out "Living Room" Thai around the corner of 9th) and yet quiet bedrooms for sleeping in! We didn't cook in but you certainly could in the huge kitchen. Broadway theatres on the same block, times square 5 mins away, and a leafy street, all in the centre of Manhattan! You'd be a fool to pass this one up!

This was a fantastic property in a great location. Just two blocks from Time Square. The apartment is on a great street with everything within walkiing distance. It's located in a great part of Hells Kitchen. The apartment was beautiful, clean, newly renovated with comfortable beds, great linens, and there's no question we will stay there next time we're in New York. Cesar was very accomodating and gave us great information on restaurants and where to go. You can't go wrong with this apartment and the price for three rooms will beat any hotel.

Our stay at this lovely apartment was amazing. Cesar is such a wonderful, helpful man. He catered to our every need. The place was so clean, modern and stylish. The beds were so comfortable. The place is private and away from all the street noise. There is so much going on in the area. There are such great bars, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc right in the area. This is truly a wonderful value . I would stay here again and again. We are already starting to plan our return at this lovely place.

WE stayed at this gorgeous apartment for the weekend. It was beautiful, very clean and the location was amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures. It is fully air conditioned. The beds were so comfortable. There is no street noise, and it felt very private. There are many great restaurants right on this street and wonderful, fun bars. It is a few blocks from Times Square and close to everything. Cesar was so nice to deal with. We are already planning our stay here for next year.. I would be happy to talk to anyone who is looking to rent it..

We had a great time - perfect for our gals trip to NYC! The apartment was in a district with a thriving dining and night life, and also very close to main tourist attractions. Travel about the city was easy due to access to subways and buses. The apartment is also very close to most of the tourist hop on/hop off bus routes. We mostly travelled on foot during our stay and we easily walked to/from Time's Square, Madison avenue, 5th avenue, Rockefeller Center, and Grand Central Station from this apartment.

The apartment itself was immaculate! I didn't find many others when I was searching that had 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There was in suite laundry and AC for every room (which was a blessing when it was 30 degrees!).

The owner met us when we arrived and was very inviting. The owner was also very prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had while planning the trip.

I would recommend this rental property for your stay in NYC!

We were a group of 6 friends that stayed late April/May. We found the apartment to be a great base for exploring Manhattan (first stop Amy's Bread just around the corner on 9th Ave!). The flat was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. As value for money goes this was a great spot. Cesar was friendly, helpful and close by if we needed anything. This aparment is just off 9th Ave so you're in the thick of it without being in a noisy busy part of town. The location, interterior and cost of this apartment set us up for a great holiday in NY.

Stayed for 6 nights in April with Mum and 2 brothers. Very clean, beds really comfy and apartment had everything we needed. Cesar was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and was on hand to help with anything. Location of apartment is ideal for lots of tourist attractions and also the subway if you want to go a bit further afield. Many restaurants and bars on your doorstep. We all found the apartment to be perfect and much better value than standard hotel rooms. If you fly into Newark, airport bus takes you to Port Authority which is only 3 blocks from apartment! The apt. was beautiful and very clean, great location, close to times square. Ceasar did a great job with decorating this apt. also had fresh flowers in the vases as well as lit candles when we arrived, nice touch! Beds were very comfortable, and even though we were right in the middle of the city it was remarkably quiet! Only thing i would suggest would be to add hand soap in bathrooms, something one would not think of bringing along when traveling. Have given this web site to many friends and family who will most likely be staying with ceasar. Thanks for a great weekend! Kathy and friends!
