Cozy and Classic 1 Bedroom Ski-in-Ski-Out Condominium. The place to stay year round! Completely remodeled & furnished with classic-style Tahoe furnishings. Downstairs unit with one-bedroom upstairs with queen-size bed. Up to 2 Kids can sleep downstairs on the Queen size 'EZ' self inflating and self deflating airmattress (sets up and breaks down in minutes and is very comfortable). Beautiful interior, designed with concrete counter tops, hickory wood floors, new carpet & rugs, new appliances, wine cooler... TV, stereo/CD & DVD player. Snuggle next to a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood to burn. Fully-stocked kitchen & bath. Just bring food!

Tahoe Donner Skibowl condominium located one unit from the Tahoe Donner Skihill at the 'Tahoe Donner Skibowl Condominiums.' SKI IN AND SKI OUT! Backs to national forest and trails, just a few steps from the ski hill. Ski, snowboard, hike, or mountain bike out your back door.

About Trudy

Trudy has been a Property Manager since 1994, managing the finest of vacation rentals on the Island of Kauai and Lake Tahoe, CA / Truckee. Once one of the top producers and Real Estate Brokers on Kauai for many years, Tahoe became my next home and investment. Trudy currently is living in Utah with daughter during her studies, yet frequents her properties often.

Trudy Vella is the former Owner of #645 and holds an Inactive Broker's Real Estate License in the State of Hawaii and will be activating that again to move back to Kauai full time in 2013.

Your condo was so cute and comfortable not to mention affordable, there are so many cool hikes right near the condo and the shops and restaurants close also. We also got to go to the casinos in Reno while we were there because they were just a short jaunt away. Thank you for sharing your place with us we would like to come back soon. Loved the fireplace and plenty of free wood was so convenient.

Very Cozy, We are not Skiers But we enjoyed our time in Truckee, we spent our 11th anniv. there, with everything you could think of nearby made our time there very nice, the amenities of the condo were excellent, was able to make a nice romantic dinner for my wife, and spend a lovely evening together, the condo itself is really nice and well kept, very clean, and everything works, bed is comfortable, showers good, and kitchen is fully equiped, we will definetly be back,
