Welcome to our Beaver Village condominium located in the town of Winter Park, Colorado. Beaver Village Condominiums are surrounded by acres of tree studded hills and features decks for nature viewing and relaxation.

The spacious two-bedroom, 2nd floor, end unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for all your cooking needs. Free WiFi service is provided in the condo. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace for those cold winter nights. We also have a gas grill on the back deck for your use.

After a long day of activities stop by the clubhouse and enjoy the indoor pool, hot tubs and sauna.

The sleeping arrangements in the condo are a queen bed and a twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You have a private full bath with double sinks in the master and a full bath in the guest room

We are just 2 miles away from Winter Park Ski Resort

on the free ski shuttle route. Bus picks up in front of the condo and runs every thirty minutes during peak periods.

Why The Owner chose Winter Park

We chose this condominium for its easy access from our previous home in Golden. Our 3 kids love to ski in winter/ hike & mountain bike in the summer and use the pool and hot tubs. We hope you will enjoy our vacation home as much as we do.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is located 2 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort with all the amenities of home. Free ski shuttle bus picks you in front of the condo. Our condominium is one of the few complexes that have an indoor pool and hot tubs. Our unit is close to the clubhouse, and away from the train tracks. Shopping, nightlife and dining are a short walking distance from us. Free internet service in the condo and all the amenities of home. Great wooded views from the back deck. I found Karen on the internet and called her fo find out more about the condo. Her condo was booked for the weekend I needed but, she helped me get in with her neighbor. We stayed in the condo next to hers after Karen made some phone calls for me. She was SO MUCH help. I did get to walk through her condo and it was very nice. We had a GREAT time and would go back. Actually we can't wait to go back. Thanks so much Karen!!

We just returned home from our family ski trip and really enjoyed our stay. The condo suited our needs perfectly and we were very comfortable. Our five days on the slopes of Winter Park were fantastic and we are already talking about a return trip.

Just to let you know we had a wonderful time at your condo. We also want to express our thanks for setting up the accomodations with your neighbor for the second condo. Everyone at Beaver Village was absolutely GREAT to our entire group. The kids loved the swim pool, but as for the adults we went for the hot tub to rest our aching muscles. We would recommend your condo to anyone. We appreciated as well the tips on where to buy the 4 day lift passes. Kudos to you....

The condo was absolutely wonderful, extremely roomy, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the setting, the pool and hot tub at the recreation center. The shuttle bus was timely and very efficient-not having to drive and park at the ski area and just hop the bus was wonderful as well. We definately would recommend your condo to friends and/or family for future visits to the Winter Park area and hopefully we will be able to book again for next ski season.
