Spacious private home nestled on Prospect Mountain. Views GALORE! Our comfortable home is over 2000 sq ft, & offers over 1400 sq ft of deck. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer deck access. Main floor features living area, with gas fireplace, 42' HD TV/DVD, and breathtaking views. Kitchen, fully equipped, table for up to 8 and bar seating area. Deck, work area, free WIFI & long distance. Laundry with washer/dryer. Main floor bedrooms include a king aspen log bed & furnishings, sitting area,with and views of Lake Estes & Mt. Olympus & attached bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, & outside access to a private deck and forest of trees.Main floor bath is pine cone decor with log vanity/mirror & shower. Our 2nd floor offers 1 room with a queen aspen log bed, sitting area, TV/DVD, & private balcony with breathtaking mountain views. 2nd bedroom has a king & full bed, 2 chairs TV/DVD, French doors open to the largest deck. Dancing bears bath with shower/tub.

We have been property owners (long term home rental) for over 35 years. We found we wanted to spend more time in Estes Park and thought it would be wonderful to have a home there. We are loving it! The opportunity to meet guests, and see what a wonderful time they are having is great. We like being able to contribute to your overall experience of Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains by providing a special place to call home while you are here!

Estes Park is such a unique location that all ages love it! At least in our family. From the babies,toddlers, & teens, to our honeymooners & couples, young families, on up to great-grandma and great-grandpa. Everyone just has the BEST time-every time they visit. It was a PERFECT FIT for us and our extended family!

The awesome views. Many mountain ranges, and Lake Estes. Unique in the amount of views all around the home.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We stayed at xxxxxx last year and have decided we like your place better. It was my birthday yesterday and what better place to spend my birthday than here in Estes Park. Your hot tub was amazing, and so relaxing. We were hoping to see a bear, but no such luck. Thank you again for everything. We will be back again.

Very nice home away from home. No bear, no moose, saw elk, sunshine, wind, and rain. Enjoyed our annual vacation here in Colorado. Now time to stop pretending and back to the real work world. Thanks so much. Go Rockies!

What a great place to spend our 25th anniversary. Sitting in the hot tub and listening to the elk bugle was amazing. Still haven't seen any bear. We can't wait to come back again!

Thanks for sharing your home with us. This is a special place and the house added to the experience. I love your sign about "If You Are Lucky Enough To Live In The Mountains, You Are Lucky Enough"- How True. We enjoyed the views from the deck, especially watching a thunderstorm come over the mountains at night. I can't remember the last time I sat and watched rain. What an experience. We were so glad we were able to find your house for our honeymoon spot! We just absolutley loved it! Although we did not see any bears, we saw an elk. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Next time we visit Colorado we hope to stay here again.
