Treat yourselves to a 6 bedroom/ 7 bathroom home. Hang out on the several porches or lounge out by the private heated pool. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is only a 4 minute walk away. The first floor has three bedrooms. Two rooms have two sets of bunkbeds in each room but can be converted to queen beds for a $150.00 service fee. Plus a mini seating area and a refrigerator and microwave. The second floor is the entertainment floor. It has a 55 inch Plasma TV with ample seating, a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, and a table that seats a crowd. It also has a bedroom with a private bathroom. The third floor has two master bedrooms. Both of these rooms have kings size beds, walk in closets, private bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. The look out tower on the fourth floor can serve many purposes it has a wet bar, 42 inch plasma TV, pull out sofa, plus a sun deck with great views. Each room has flat screen TVs, LCD. The Weather Was: Cloudy, very light rain, but hot.
Some Wonderful Things We Did: Snorkel, Parassailing, amusement park & outlet mall.
Moments & Glimpses & Little Details That Mattered: This house was wonderful and comfortable. Everyone loved the floorplan. Us kids loved the bunk beds, TV's and 4th floor.
Some Other Thoughts: IF we stayed longer it would have been wonderful.

The Weather Was: Wonderful-Sunny skies, overcast, one afternoon rainshower.
What We Saw & Discovered: A 5 foot shark swam up & down the shoreline (about 15-20 yards) one day. Some of our family members were in the water at the time...me included :).
Moments & Glimpses & Little Details That Mattered: We have a VERY larage family. Each one of us agrees that this is a a beautiful home. From the floor plan, furniture, TV's, appliances, pool, to the landscaping we loved every detail!
Some other Thoughts: Jane & Morry Garrison greeted us and walked us through the beautiful Tropical Oasis. They were very nice and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great vacation.

The Weather Was: Beautiful. The sun was shining each day. At night the stars were bright.
Some Wonderful Things we Did: We ate and ate. We enjoyed wonderful conversation and enjoyed conversation with the company of our family. We attended the Big Kauhunas on July 13 2007.

The Weather Was: Awesome...85 and sunny
Some Wonderful things we did: Extremely productive work sessions for our corporate retreat. We were also able to include some much needed R&R. One day of gulf at Regatta Bay & trip to the beach.
What We Saw & Discovered: Awesome teamwork, great friendships, beautiful amenities both in-house and surrounding environment.
All 8 adults had there own private space, the finer details of the house (furniture, pool, grill, hi-fi, tv's, etc) made our stay so much more enjoyable.

The Weather was: Incredible, not a single day of rain.
We really appreciate you letting us stay here, this is by far the nicest house we have been to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities you supplied us with were wonderful. Thank you again for eveything.
