For our fall break we had 5 people stay in the house. We were thoroughly impressed from the second that we walked into the house. Everything was very clean and well organized and Richard was very helpful throughout the week. The pool and tiki hut are a very nice addition to the house to be a private getaway from the beach. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience, which we would definitely consider doing again.

very comfortable, and family friendly, our family really enjoyed the vacation and the pool that was there to the cabana's, to the grill over the deck, richard was always there when we needed him,and very understanding, well definately be coming back

Awesome Place to Stay For Spring Break

This past spring break about 12 of my friends and I spent almost a week at the Nantiki Bungalows. We stayed in the Green house which slept all of us very comfortably and provided all of the necessary accommodations and more. There was plenty of parking space for our cars underneath the house and a large driveway if more space was needed. The pool area was pretty cool, especially the individual cabanas. They were great for relaxing and playing Wii.
This place is great for anybody who wants to be close to the beach, but far enough away so that they can take a break if they please. The trip to the beach is pretty short which means we didn't have to drive. It was about a five minute walk to the sand and the party on West Beach. The bungalows are also about a minute walk from the West Beach Grill and the grocery/liquor store. Everything was so close that we never really had to drive anywhere.
As college students we spent a good amount of the time out on the beach, but the house was great for relaxing as well. We spent a whole day just watching part of the awesome DVD collection and playing XBOX.
I plan on recommending this property to many of my friends in the future.

WOW!!!!! What a vacation we had and we enjoyed it so much we are bringing both families together for our wedding in June and have booked all three bungalows for our wedding. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. Richard and his son Michael were very attentive to what ever our needs were even as small as making a drink run. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation and wants to feel like you are at home. That is what it felt like therefore we are on our way back for many years to come. Thanks Richard and Michael for a Great Vacation.

Great Golf Get Away

Rented the Green House at Nantiki in March for a Golf get away. Very spacious, clean and the pool next to the deck is makes for easy relaxing after a hot day on the links. Rick is very good to work with, so good matter a fact that we are scheduled to use this property again in August 2010. For a GREAT family or group get away call Rick today !

A great place to stay!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at "The Green House". We were very pleased with the home, it was very clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the closeness of the pool. My family and I agree this was one of our favorite vacations, quiet and relaxing. The owner Richard was great to work with.I would highly recommend this home for vacationing and I am looking foward to a return trip.

The Green House at Nantiki

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the “Green House“ and Nantiki. The house provided more than enough space to accommodate the four of us, myself, wife and two teenagers. Everything was terrific, well maintained inside and out. Having the pool at the bottom of the back porch was close to paradise. The proximity to the beach, stores, restaurants was perfect. Would love to do it again. Oh...and being able to charter the boat trip, that was icing on the cake.
