Great way to live on vacation

We spent the first week of our 2 week Florida vacation in Orlando. Since there were another family traveling with us, this type of living arrangement was great for everyone. Kids loved the activities (swimming-pool, pooltable and PS3), adults enjoyed the open space downstairs of the villa and everyone had their privacy with 4 separate bedrooms, each equiped with its own bathroom.
Instructions prior to our arrival were specific and accurate. The place was easy to find from the airport and the amusement parks were also within easy drive. The nearby Super Wal-Mart was great to have next door - it had everything needed for cooking as well as for drinking.
We're already searching for more homes like this for our next trip. Forget the hotels if you have a chance to stay at a place like this. This is definately THE WAY to live on vacation!

As the name suggests this is a MAGICAL VILLA!
We stayed for a week before Christmas 2007 & we were absolutely in awe of the villa from the moment we arrived until the moment we left (we did not want to leave). We went to a hotel for the following week due to the villa being unavailable for our 2nd week but we really missed it despite being at a 5* hotel!!!
Our booking went smoothly. Tony & Jackie were excellent, friendly and everything is efficiently run from start to finish.
We had visited Florida on 6 previous occasions but had consisted of hotel accommodation. Now having stayed in this villa, there is no returning to hotel rooms, staying at the villa far outweighs the restrictions of a hotel room. This is really a home from home.
The location is perfect, a short distance off the 192. Close by are a supermarket, restaurants, petrol stations & anything else you would require. Staying in the Kissimmee area is beneficial as the Disney theme parks are not far away but we would recommend a car or bus service.
The gated security makes it a safe environment & gives peace of mind should you require assistance. Also there was a local contact for the villa if any further assistance was required which is great.
From the moment we stepped in the villa, we were spoilt for choice of bedrooms as there were only the two of us & we had 4 bedrooms to choose from. The design of the villa is superb & also of benefit for those who have restricted mobility, is the entrance level bedroom with adjoining bathroom.
The villa was absolutely immaculate & had everything you could imagine or wish for. From bedding to kitchen utensils, everything was covered. The open plan living area is ideal for couples & families alike. Good info book with local attractions as well as the access for attraction info on the computer.
The pool & hot spa were fantastic as well as being clean. The 50" tv was awesome, so much so we bought one when we returned home as we could not bear to look at our small one! The idea of the pool table, electronic darts & the games consoles caters for absolutely everyones taste when not at the attractions.
This couple, Tony & Jackie, have put a lot of thought into the facilities here. Something for everyone. Thoroughly recommend this villa & when we return to Florida, we will be staying here again, absolutely no doubt about that. 1st class villa! Thank you Tony & Jackie for making it a very special smoothly run holiday.

Fantastic villa in Orlando

We had a wonderful time at this truly lovely villa. It was a welcoming site as we arrived in a bad thunderstorm. The online description of the property was very accurate and truth be told probably didn't do it justice. It is extremely well appointed, so much so that I am now getting hassle from my wife - she wants to buy the same luxurious bed. Luckily the weather was really good during our stay and as well as having fun at the parks, which are only a short drive away, we travelled to Anna Maria Island on the West coast. Well worth a visit if you are travelling down that way. We were two families staying at this villa and it was so spacious we didn't even notice they were there. The villa is a short drive from the Disney parks and there are plenty of restaurants and shops locally - if you love steak try Texas de Brazil on International Drive.
We have recommended this villa to friends when they travel to Orlando and we would certainly stay again.

Fantastic Holiday Accommodation

We had a fantastic holiday in Tinkerbell's villa in the Bellavida resort in January. It is a beautiful villa with all the facilities you could need (as described). Four en-suite bedrooms with a great pool with coloured lights and spa. Great for relazing.
It's in a great location just off the 192, within walking distance of the Walmart and a short drive to Disney and Universal and all the restaurants.
The local facilities also include a large communal pool.
We have a really great time and I would recommend it to my friends and relatives - definately a great place to stay!

Perfect Villa

Stayed for 2 weeks in Feb 09, beautiful villa pictures don't do it justice, lovely pool and spa, games room was excellent, and home beautifully furnished, Bellavida resort was very quiet, clubhouse and pool were very good, great location close enough to be handy for parks but a nice peaceful retreat after hard day at parks. Very close to 24hour Walmart. Villa backs on to woodland making it very peaceful, was visited a few times by a rather placid Heron!

Holiday of a life time

Luxery and comfort all over. My wife, son and I stayed for 2 weeks at this very nice villa and had the feeling being at home. Very close by all great facilities like shops, shopping malls and theme parcs.We couldn't have made a better choise as we have done. The comfort of all rooms having their own bathroom and TV equiped with all the necesary extras, like the playstation made it worth while. Also on the outside with the huge pool and barbeque area, you will not be shortend out of luxery and happines. (Soory for the spelling0 John from The Netherlands.

Top Marks for a Top Class Villa

We stayed in the villa from 16th May 2009 for 2 weeks. As previously mentioned, take it as read that the pictures match the villa precisely (unlike some other villas I have stayed in). Unfortunately we had awful weather our first week – one of the wettest May’s since records began I believe, so the PS 3 and pool table was a godsend for my 10 year old son and I now want a 50” TV!!
The Bellavida resort itself was very quiet and ideally placed for visiting the attractions. We never really had chance to use the resort pool due to the weather but on inspection it looked very clean and well kept.
We will definitely recommend your villa to any friends or family planning a Floridian trip.

Our family stayed here Jan 24, 2009 for 10 days. From the first contact with Tony and Jackie it is a pleasure. They were very responsive and helpful in ensuring we had the information to make a decision. No issues with paying or getting into the house - all very well explained ahead of time and well organized by them. This was the 4th time we had rented in Orlando, first with them and Holiday Rentals. It was the best experience we have had with online booking. The house was exactly as we saw online and pictures (quantity) was a selling feature. We liked the proximity to everything - parks, stores, malls, airport. The kids felt like millionaires as the houses were so perfect - it was the best value for the dollar that you can spend! It amazes me that people will stay at a hotel and pay more for less. The Whitmores have 2 beautiful homes in such a quiet location, yet so close and easy to go where you want. The Game systems for the kids was a nice touch! They enjoyed the 1 bathroom per bedroom. Having a BBQ included was a great touch - we used it almost every night - no one wanted to eat out when we could enjoy a home away from home while in Florida. Thanks for the great memories.
