Our condominium has been totally remodeled with brand new everything. This one bedroom-one bath Direct Oceanfront Super Deluxe Condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation on Maui. This island-style decorated, air-conditioned unit has granite slab counter tops, new tile flooring and new furnishings, and is perfect for honeymoons and/or that special anniversary. We also offer FREE Wireless High Speed Internet.

Our fourth floor unit is located in a four-story building (only 42 units) which provides spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, Haleakala Volcano, Molokini Island, Kaahoolawe Island, Lanai Island, and the entire south shore of Maui. You will not find better views on Maui, nor be as close to the water as in this location. You will not find more luxurious oceanfront vacation accommodations on Maui at our rates.

We are walking distance from the Maalaea Harbor where you can take a snorkel cruise, fishing charter, sunset cruise, or whale watch (in season). We are as close to the water as you can get on Maui (only 30 feet from the buildings edge to the waters edge). The Milowai is positioned to view Haleakala the volcano, Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island and Lanai island (all from our condo and lanai).

We are in the most centrally located part of the island, close to all Maui attractions.

What makes this condo unique

Panoramic Ocean Views. Incredible dining walking distance away. The Freight Train world famous surf break directly in front of our condo. The most centrally located spot on Maui. Maui's best kept secret.

Just wanted to say thanks for a wonderful week! Everything was absolutely perfect. Your condo is so beautifully decorated and so well-appointed. We enjoyed the lanai - it was the perfect place for every meal - we didn't go out to eat much at all, preferring to bbq and enjoy the view. The last two nights the full moon was shining off the bay. The location was great for exploring both sides of the island. We found "the" perfect beach at "Big Beach" - incredible to say the least! Thanks for a wonderful week in paradise!

We've just returned from our incredible trip to Maui and Kauai. We loved the condo and really appreciated it's central location - you're literally 15 minutes away from fun, food, and sandy beaches!!! The condo is really pretty and the amenities are superb. We brought our 10-month old son and it was roomy enough for a playpen for him to sleep in beside the bed. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous view, the sweet smells of the island and it's convenient location.

We spent a week of our honeymoon at fabulous Milowai Maalaea #404. It was paradise! The views are spectacular and you can't get much closer to the ocean! Everything was beautifully decorated and so comfotable. The central location was perfect for all the Maui sightseeing we did. We can't wait to come back!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. It was wonderful! I've never rented one so well stocked, with such nice neighbors and such an amazing view!

I especially appreciated discovering the shopping carts for lugging groceries and luggage up to the 4th floor. Just loaded the cart, rode up in the elevator and wheeled it down to the front door. Easy as pie!

Rosemary in the rental office was great too. Easy check in- easy check out.
