Destination Wedding 10/29
I've never had a better experience finding a place, working with the owner & being taken care of in the way that my family was for my destination wedding last week. I cannot state highly enough, how much I appreciate how things went at the Blair's villa. John made the process very easy & when we had an initial problem with the elevator, he & Hope responded very quickly to get it fixed for my disabled mother. The quality of the villa & amenities is first class - the actual views are amazing & go beyond even what you see in the photos. The setting was very quiet & the pool was very relaxing. If you have a family travelling event, you cannot do better than this villa, without a doubt.

Amazing home, view and sunsets!
My family and I found this home to be very beautiful, and had all the comforts of home. It also was so handy to have the use of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys etc. The beds, linens and towels were just like high end hotel quality.
We have stayed at other rental homes before, and have never been treated so good. The welcome basket was very nice. Calls from Hope to see that we had arrived and to see if we needed anything was something we have not encountered with our last 4 years of renting homes. We even arrived home one afternoon to another welcome bag on our door with more goodies. We really felt like we were treated like family. Thanks so much Hope.
Our family really liked the fact that we could go to a different beach and restaurants every day.
My family and I would highly recommend this property to our family, friends and future renters for it's fantastic views, sunrises and sunsets. We were also very impressed with everything about this home and of course the treatment we received.

This was truly one of the most spectacular villas we've had the pleasure to stay at on vacation! The pictures and the descriptions did not do it justice and it was even better than we had hoped. We've been to Hawaii a few times but this was the first time we broke away from the big hotel chains and it was worth it more than words could express! There was more than enough room for our group of 7 and it had every luxury of home covered so that you never felt the need for anything. The location was perfect- far enough away from the hustle of the resort so that you could relax peacefully while watching the ocean; close enough to the excitement so that you could jump in at any moment if you were feeling energetic! My kids loved the extras like the boogie boards and sand toys in the garage so that they didn't miss out on the fun or have to buy the extras as if we were staying in a hotel. I know that we will be back in the future and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to arranging our vacation around the availability of this unit! Thank you for opening your home up to us and we look forward to many more memories there in the future!! It was a pleasure working with both the owner and his local representative. Thanks!

Lovely Villa
We just returned from a week in paradise, and we couldn't be happier with our stay in this villa. When we arrived at the villa, we were greeted by incredible views and gifts from the owner and his property manager. The property is extremely well maintained and includes all the amenities you will need (huge gas grill, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, sand toys, washer/dryer). Our party was made up of 3 families, each with one young toddler, and the villa was the perfect size for us. We spent our days at the pool, which was very clean and never very crowded. Or we made the short drive across the street to the beach. The owner and his support staff were extremely helpful prior to and during our stay at the villa. They were extremely responsive to all our questions and requests. Our experience with this property was fantastic from beginning to end, and hope to return some day soon!

First Trip to Maui - Can't Wait to Return!
To celebrate our son's graduation from high school, we took our first ever trip to Maui. With other family members in tow (8 in total), we found our way to Ho'olei and couldn't have been luckier to land in this family villa. Gorgeous views from the balcony and a home filled with all the best including an array of items to take the beach (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards), we felt like we were home. The location was perfect....we had two other family members staying at the Marriott and it was a quick walk for them to join us for breakfast and dinner each day. The owner and his support staff were amazing ...... we were welcomed with goodies and gifts that started our trip off just right. Leaving was the hardest thing! It was just yesterday when I was having my morning cup of coffee from the deck looking out over the ocean....the view is incredible! We can't wait to return and will highly recommend this location to others.

Week In Paradise
The Blair's unit in Hoolei is world class. From an incredible view of the ocean (including amazing sunrises and sunsets) to an amazing kitchen and sleeping accommodations, this is the place to stay. It is conveniently located close to Gold, Emerald, and Blue golf course in Wailea, three world class resorts (Grand Wailea, Four Seasons and Fairmont) and shopping. The unit comes complete with beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, snorkle gear, and boogie boards) that are great if you party includes children or yound adults. The pool at Hoolei is very nice and relaxing, complete with a waterfall and sand area for the kids. The lanai includes in a large table for meals, a top rate grill, and a sofa and table to take in the sunsets. The Blair's and their property manager Hope were very accommodating and friendly. We can't wait to come back.

A True Gem in Paradise!
There are few things in life we look forward to more than our annual trip to Maui. While we generally stay at the Grand Wailea, we decided to venture up the hill to Ho'olei. What a smart decision it turned out to be! We now have another reason to yearn for our visit to Maui. The villa is in a premiere location with the best view and most tranquil surroundings. It is decorated beautifully, suited for both adults and children. The amenities provided by the owner exceeded our expectations, including more kitchen appliances than I own, personal toiletries, pool and/or beach toys and a lovely welcome basket and refreshments. The facilities at Ho'olei are nice, as well as the staff. We did enjoy our time at the GW pool by booking a room there as well. It was difficult to leave yesterday, but we are already talking about our next visit and making the stay a bit longer. 8 days just is not enough time to enjoy all that the villa and Maui offers. I can't say enough about how wonderful John, the owner and Hope Marie, the on island hostess were to deal with. I would definitely recommend this beautiful gem to others looking for something spectacular in Maui. I just hope we can get in next year and the year after and the year after....

Awesome and Stunning!
As you will see from the title, our place was just that! My family and I truly enjoyed every moment in this unit. Every detail was covered and I say every detail. The Kitchen was stocked with dishes to prepare any meal and the rooms were appointed with plenty of towels, personal hygiene items and the list goes on!!! The view from our unit was breath taking and sometimes made me speechless. Viewing the photos online can only give you a glimpse of what to expect. We were a family of 6 and it felt like a home away from home with the enhanced luxury feel! The property was very clean and well maintained. The customer support from Hope Marie was outstanding. We did not spend much time at the pool as we had activities scheduled on the island for family enjoyment. The local shops and stores are very accessible and have all of your home away from home needs. I would definitely recommend this unit and we will be returning to the island again and this porperty will be our first choice! Mahalo!!!

The Best Condo in Wailea
John and Hope - Staying for seven nights (Apr 28 - May 5) was absolutely wonderful and beyond our expectations. We got there from the airport in 30 minutes. Gate, garage and unit access were a snap. Furnishings were extremely tasteful, every needed convenience was provided (including a rice cooker and roll-away), and the unit was really spotless - just like new. Thanks for the thoughtful gift basket and items in the pantry. Six adults had plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable. As for the balcony view - it was simply mesmerizing. We had glorious sunsets every evening. The unit was simply the best place we have ever stayed. Hope was very kind and attended to all of our needs and questions. Sincere thanks from Jack and Fumiko.

We checked into the condo just fine and everything is lovely. Thank you for the welcome basket...it is wonderful and a very nice thing to do. What a fabulous place! I have been through the development before and have visited a couple of the units, and yours is certainly among the best. It is beautifully furnished and outfitted, and everything is spotlessly clean. Hope at Paradise Comforts does a marvelous job. She has been very attentive, very organized and very friendly. They maintain your condo beautifully and I don't think there is a speck of dirt anywhere! She called to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. Anymore it is rare to find someone that gives that level of service.
I think I told you I own a travel agency in Oregon and deal with rentals and property managers, hotels sales etc. all the time. Rarely do I find anyone that is as attentive as you and Hope have been. I have a pretty high end clientele and I would not hesitate to recommend your place to anyone. We travel a lot and stay in great hotels, but very seldom in private condos. I'm always afraid of what they will actually be like and have only done it twice (with not such good luck). This is the first time I've used VRBO for myself (I've used it for clients before), and you've converted me!! I am very particular about things, and your place and service are top notch!
