Two Palms - Beachfront - Beautiful newly refurbished 4BR 3BA pet friendly, Cape San Blas Vacation Rental,gulf front vacation home in and minutes from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. This beautiful home sits right on the pristine Gulf beach in a low density area of The Forgotten Coast. It has a private boardwalk to the beach and fabulous Gulf views from most rooms and the upper and lower covered decks, a jacuzzi in the master Bath,outdoor hot tub on the front deck, 2 outdoor BBQ grill's. Like most of the area beaches, Two Palms features miles of pristine white sand in either direction. This is a vacationer's dream home with expansive gulf views, spacious decks and upscale furnishing and decor.Take a look at our photos you won't believe you can rent this much house on this gorgeous a stretch of The Gulf for these low rates. This home was recently refurbished from floor to ceiling. Please ask for new pictures, we are in the process of putting them in this site. It is only a mile from the world famous Indian Pass Raw Bar which serves the best oysters and shrimp found anywhere. You can see dolphins cavorting in the surf daily, enjoy fabulous fishing right from shore and, if you're lucky, you might catch a glimpse of a nesting sea turtle. And to top it off, Two Palms is only minutes from the majestic sand dunes and Number 1 ranked beaches of Cape San Blas at St. Joseph Peninsula and also the incredible natural beauty and wildlife of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. About Lydia Burns

We are a family from a suburb in Chicago, Il. (Wilmette) who discovered Cape San Blas in 1998. We were so attracted to this beautiful area and this wonderful Gulf Front Beach home, called Two Palms, that we bought the house without me actually seeing the house. Boy we were lucky!!! What a great house and gorgeous area.

We stand ready to provide you with a value added and magical vacation experience. Our private manager/concierge, Donna, who lives 5 min. away, will be there to help you in any way and will take care of any problem or emergency you may have. We are also a phone call away from helping you in any way!!!!!

Why Lydia Burns chose Cape San Blas

The beach is really large and wide here. There were/are 2 vacant lots to the East of our property and allows for wide angle and gorgeous unobstructed views of The Gulf of Mexico.

The lot is almost a full acre and there is only Two Palms between the highway (County Road C-30-A) and the Gulf of Mexico. Finally, on the other side of the road, is a huge Buffer /Preservation Reserve that has no houses or buildings on it. This is an extremely low density area, very private and views as a far as the eye can see. Enjoy the Hot Tub right on the deck for gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, Beach and Brilliant Stars!!

What makes this house unique

This is one of the few Pet Friendly Beaches in the U.S. and the beach at the State Park was rated the BEST beach in the U.S. in 2003. Fishing is out of this world with some of the best and freshest shrimp, oysters, crab, scallops and Grouper you will find anywhere!! Lastly, there are no buildings permitted in Gulf County taller than 3 stories. There are no GIANT condos on the beach.

Bon Fires are permitted on the beach, car permits for driving on the beach are available and there is a very long bike path out to the State Park. Kayaks and Bike rentals are available.

is absolutely beautiful. To find a home that is pet friendly and doesn't compromise fit and finish is a rare thing.
I especially enjoyed meeting Peter and
all the folks staying or living nearby.
No one could have been nicer or more
pleasant to be around. The house is
right on the beach with a three level
deck on the back. I liked the fact that the decks are well furnished with nice wooden chairs everywhere for guests to enjoy the scenery, the weather, and each other's company. We did enjoy the hot tub quite a bit since we visited in late fall, but we also loved visiting the nearby Indian Pass Raw Bar, Apalachicola's shops, and Port St. Joe.
The only thing I like more than that
beach is having it to myself and the
family, so I recommend it highly; just
don't tell too many people about it, ok?

Stayed at twopalms in mid-march '09..Had an excellent, relaxing week. The property is very restful, wonderful front porch, comfortable furniture and beds, close to Money Bayou, great for kayaking. Saw dolphins every day, bald eagles, great for dogs and walking. The owners are nice and good hosts. Would stay again and again.

We have had the pleasure of staying at Two Palms the past 2 summers. It was a wonderful experience both times and we look forward to many future stays at this paradise home. We had the good fortunate to meet Peter last summer. The layout of the house is great. It has several different living areas so everyone can have their own space. The beautiful beach out your back door is everything you could imagine and more. It is perfect for any activity or just to sit back and relax and do nothing. Wonderful times had by all!

We left your beautiful home on 1/31 very sadly. We had all the comforts of home, spent many hours walking the beach w/our dogs, who absolutely LOVED it out there. The weather was great. We watched schools of dolphins swim by just 30 ft from shore. Almost got attacked by an alligator on the bay side. My husband who is a web designer took panoramic views of the beach at sunset & it turned out beautifully, so we'll have a good memory of that.
