Pancho Villa established in 2006 is a family owned and family friendly popular home from home genuinely close to Disney in Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens.It is a tastefully decorated and spacious 4 bed, 3 bath home with air con, ceiling and portable fans, private swimming pool, covered deck, WiFi, games room and much more inside and out adding to the quality of this home.

The villa will accommodate 8 people comfortably and there is also provision for 2 infants. The vacation villa has an ideal layout for 2 families sharing.

Ideally located minutes from Disney this very popular and well maintained and cared for villa genuinely close to Disney, provides all the comforts of home- guaranteeing your family the most comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a peaceful location

Rolling Hills is the perfect location and this beautiful Orlando vacation villa really is the ideal base – with Disney on your doorstep why miss out.

Family Room

We have a very comfortable spacious family room which forms an open aspect with the galley/dining area. The ceilings are vaulted. The family room sofas are very comfortable and of a high standard.It has a large 42'flat screen TV and DVD Player and features Brighthouse Cable High Definition channels. There is also a HiFi CD music player and free WiFi also books and selection of games. This room overlooks the pool..The patio door leading to the pool is protected by child alarms.

Galley/Kitchen

Our fully fitted Galley/Kitchen is equiped with all you should need including a Cooker, Over Range Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker, Coffee Maker, Blender, Kettle Toaster, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Dining Area

Our dining area next to the kitchen houses a Dining Table Seating 6 people along with 2 breakfast bar Stools at the Breakfast Bar.

King Master Bedroom 1

This high ceiling bedroom has a large walk-in shower, fitted vanity unit,tv, hairdryer and radio alarm.

King Master Bedroom 2

This bedroom has patio doors opening onto the pool area. A tv and wall mounted full dressing mirror. The large en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath tub and shower, fitted vanity unit, hairdryer, radio alarm and large walk-in wardrobe.

Twin bedrooms x 2

There are a further 2 Twin Bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. Both have a TV and one has a PS 2 and selection of games. Also they are fitted with ceiling fans. Both these bedrooms share a 3rd full Bathroom/Shower.

All the Bedlinen and Towels including Beach Towels are provided.

The security of the home is protected by a 24/7 monitored alarmed and smoke detection system. For obvious reasons there is no smoking in the home but is allowed outside at the pool area.

Utility Room

The utility room has washing machine and dryer.

Games Room

The games room is situated in the double garage and has pool table which flips over to provide air hockey. There is also sharpshooter and electronic darts and temperature controlled fans.

Pool

There is a 28'x14' approx private swimming pool. Also quality deck furniture and colour splash changing pool light system and rope lights around the decking.

About Maurice Johnston

My husband and I are natives of Scotland and we grew up in Montrose and Kirriemuir which incidentally was the birthplace of Sir JM Barrie the creator of Peter Pan. After attending a family wedding on Honeymoon Island,Florida and spending a week or two in Orlando we were very much taken with the American way of life and the people, so much so that we and the family decided to all stake a claim in purchasing a home to enjoy in a place that we truly love.We have been renting our home since 2006 and have built our success on a friendly and honest relationship with our guests.

Thank you for the use off this lovely property! Lovely villa in the perfect location – made good use of the games room! Weather could have been kinder to us but nevertheless had a greattime! Guest information book was very useful and would certainly recommend the ‘Sherberth Road’ route to Disney. With grateful thanks to the Johnston’s for allowing us to hire this super villa!

The villa was great, the weather was wonderful and we had a magical 10 days in Florida. The highlight of each day was unwinding in the hot tub! We went surfing ‘sky diving’ at fly Orlando and deep sea fishing at Cape Canaveral. We spent 3 day’s at Disney and 1 day at Universal. This home was perfect for our group of 4 children and 4 adults.

Had a great time in this wonderful villa, children loved the pool and games room. Adults loved the hot tub. Left some pool toys for future guests to use. Would recommend the Outback , lovely food. Thank you for the use of your home.

Immaculate property well-maintained and very comfortable! Close to ESPN and Disney parks/attractions. We will NEVER stay in a hotel again! Groceries and dining 3 minutes away! Owner very helpful and immediately responded to any questions I had. Property looks exactly as pictured....hot tub was best R & R after a long day. Loved the lighted pool and quiet area. Would recommend this property to anyone! Worth every penny!

Had a fantastic holiday in Florida as always in sunny Florida. The Johnstons home is beautiful and very relaxing after a hard day park/shopping. There is everything you could possibly need in the villa and the pool was great. Good location with plenty good restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend to friends. Your house was perfect for going to Disney. We really enjoyed the pool and the spa. Really need to get to the Parks first thing in the morning to beat the crowds. It was really nice having the three bathrooms for the kids to take a bath when we first got home. We loved your house

WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS COMPLEX

We needed a nice place to stay during our daughters gymnastics competition and this home was great in every way. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Not sure why the hot tub had no water in it, though. We were so close to the Wide World of Sports Complex, as well as great restaurants, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

Sadly our family holiday is almost over. Whilst we were out every day it was a delightful thought to be coming back to "our" villa.Beautifully equipped,great pool and its location is perfect.The best holiday villa we've used in our trips to Orlando.
