This comfortable spacious house in a quiet section of wonderful Rehoboth Beach was perfect for our family of my husband and I, our children and 3 and 5-year-old grandchildren. Open floor plan, excellent air conditioning, pleasant walk to the beach, five bathrooms, three master bedrooms, wonderful outdoor space, and the world's best hammock all made it great for us.

What a wonderful week we enjoyed in Rehoboth. We had a house full of people of all ages and the house suited everyone. It was very clean with noticable upgrades including the bathrooms. This house is perfect for children - from the sleeping area upstairs to their own "club house" off the patio and packed full of games and DVD's!

We enjoyed our evenings on the spacious patio and our morning coffee on the screened in porch at the front!

The location of the house is ideal - just a short walk to the beach, convenient to downtown and we really enjoyed the quiet street.

You could tell that the owners really love the property as they have taken much care in decorating and maintenance. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return next year!

This is a wonderful house that I'd highly recommend. It is beautifully decorated, and really spacious. With five bathrooms and two outdoor showers, there is no competing for bathroom space. The bedrooms downstairs are really nice for couples, and the upstairs ones are really kid-friendly. The master suite is exquisite. There are so many inviting spaces around the house, that we were able to spread out and give everyone the space they needed.

The highlight for me was the outdoor space--the porches and especially the backyard. The hammock, hot tub, fire pit, eating area, outdoor showers, fenced in yard, tether ball... how could it be better?

The other highlight was that the house allowed dogs. My yellow lab just about went to doggy heaven as we found a dog-friendly beach (Dewey Beach) nearby.

The house is a good 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. It is really nice to have so much to do in walking distance!

Things to be aware of: the kitchen and family room are on the small side. If you're a family that loves to veg in front of the TV, the TV in the main room is pretty small (didn't stop us from watching a few of their DVD collection). Also, the basement is a little damp, so if you are really allergic to molds/have a bronchial problem, you may experience a little congestion. The house is wonderfully clean, and you won't notice this at all unless you have that sort of existing medical condition.

This cottage is a wonder. Beautifully appointed and roomy - lots of games, videos and things to do on a rainy day. The yard is fenced in for privacy - has a nice gas grill - hard wired to the house so no need to worry about running out of propane. The hot tub is great and includes a waterfall. The beach is just a short walk away.

The owner was lovely and very pleasant to deal with. Best house in Rehoboth by far!!!

This beach home is truly lovely, and one for those who appreciate aesthetics. The house is spacious and can certainly accommodate a large family, but the owners have provided for much more than merely "accommodating". The decor of the home is very tasteful. Hardwood floors, freshly painted colorful walls, and antiques mingled with contemporary styles, create a warm and welcoming environment. We loved being surrounded by beautiful artwork and books too. There are numerous cozy places to sit and relax. The porch off of the master suite was our favorite! The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, perfect for all walkers/runners in your group. We enjoyed our evening strolls around Silver Lake, and enjoyed walking to the ocean and all the downtown Rehoboth Beach attractions. We can't wait to return to this tranquil retreat!

This house is a gem! There are enough beds and bedrooms for everyone Its adorable, cozy decor makes it feel like you are really at home. For the multi-generational family, the house provides a haven for the kids upstairs, and comforts on the main floor for grandparents. Being able to bring our 2 mini-dachsies completed the vacation! As the "command central" mom, I knew there was entertainment for everyone nearby without worrying about who had the car: life-guarded beach, shopping outlets, and downtown Rehoboth. It was easy to cook for our crowd in the lovely kitchen, and easy to maintain during the week.
