I really enjoyed my first vacation in Miami Beach and especially the appartment I rent with 2 friends.
The location couldn't be better. Cross the street and you'll find the beach. On your right and left, you'll find restaurants and bars. One street back, you can go shopping on Collins Avenue. Lincoln Road Mall isn't far either. Walgreens is also very close.
The Unit was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed during our holidays.
The price is very interesting for the location.
Last but not least, Lee has been very helpful from the beginning. He answered very quickly to all my emails and sent the deposit back the day after we left. I really appreciated it.
Highly recommended.

Great location on Ocean Drive. Everything you need is nearby. The beach, shopping, grocery store, great restaurants, the bus.

The apartment is clean and has everything you need for the stay. It is easy to contact the owner Lee Baron in case you need his help.

Although it is on Ocean Drive, you don't hear the loud music from the restaurants because the apartment is in the rear end of the building.

If you compare the price to other locations in South Beach, it is not expensive.

We stayed in this condo for one week from 21-28 February 2012. It is located right in the heart of the famous Ocean Drive in Miami Beach. The property manager, Lee, was prompt and professional to deal with during the reservation process. He provided a clear and concise rental agreement that we signed before payment. Lee was in good communciation with us regarding our arrivial in Miami and met us at the condo to welcome us and walk through the property. It was clean and comfortable with a fun tropical decor. The kitchen contained the basics you need for self-catering if you prefer that to eating out. We really liked the location just a one minute walk across the street to the beach. Check out was super easy and again Lee was in touch to confirm our departure time. He followed up the day after we left to refund our security deposit. We were very pleased and would stay again on our next visit to Miami Beach.

We spent a few days at this condo last month. Location is perfect! Right across from South beach, and on Ocean Drive, so kids could walk out to the beach on their own. Lot of restaurants to chose from. Whole foods is about 15 minute walk, Walgreens is a 7 minute walk. Valet parking was very comfortable. Condo is clean and has all the utensils needed if you have an urge to cook. Lee was very helpful to any of our needs and responded to calls/texts immediately. Front desk was also very helpful

I traveled to Miami Beach a few weeks ago and was fortunate enough to find Lee through the Trip advisor sight. From beginning communication has been fantastic. The Casa Grande vacation rental is centrally located among many cafe's with a park and several ocean access points across the street. One street back from the ocean there's tons of boutiques and more restaurants to choose from. We walked everywhere and were quite comfortable doing so. Lee keeps his places well cared for and have to say the decor was beautiful... making it even more relaxing. Thanks for the wonderful accomodations.
