Outstanding Accomodations!

Our family stayed at Neuse Breeze for a week to visit our military family that is stationed at Cherry Point. I cannot say enough nice things about the property, the home and the owners. The home is impeccable! The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of coffee, teas and hot chocoalte as well as any kitchen appliances you may need for cooking. The home is exceptionally decorated and extremely clean. The beds were very comforatble. There is a wonderful deck and patio furniture for relaxing outside as well as a grill. This is a large property and we had lots of room. Our children had a wonderful time using the kayak and scouring the beach for little treasures. There is a nice fire pit near the beach as well. The owners gave us the utmost privacy as well.
There are many things to do in the area. We visited Atlantic Beach and well as Beaufort and Emerald Isle. There are many excellent choices for dining out and the home has a well stocked kitchen for cooking.
I cannot say enough things to describe how truly nice this property is. We will definitely return to this property and look very forward to it.

I stayed at the studio for a week - a wonderful, relaxing, refreshing week. It is so quiet and peaceful with plenty of privacy. The studio is stocked with EVERY amenity - next time I go I'll know that all I need to take with me are my clothes. In the studio - everything - furnishings, decor, the works - is top notch - like it would be in your own personal home. Certainly a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from coffee & tea makers, toaster, microwave, dishes, towels, utensils, spices for the grill etc. Comfy bed and living room. Great shower with good water pressure. Everything was in great shape and worked well. Not to mention that Glen & Marianne were incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't recommend it enough!!

My parents and I stayed at Neuse Breeze for a few days while we were in town to celebrate my brother's promotion in the USMC. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! My 3-year old nephew loved walking up and down the private beach with us and the house was quiet and comfy with every amenity we could have wanted. A nice surprise for my nephew was the jetted tub in the master bath (nicknamed the "bubble tub"). Marianne and Glen have clearly put a lot of thought into the details for this vacation rental. We're already thinking of dates to return when we can all stay longer!

we really enjoyed our time in your rental. In spite that the weather was so cold and windy, we felt the beauty and peacefulness being on your property. Gary enjoyed the views so much he has returned to our home in Slidell to bring his boat and truely enjoy the water.
It was a most opportune time for us to be in your house with the second bedroom. As it turns out our daughter joined us for the second week of our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was a most welcome change for her. She had been sleeping on an inflatable mattress that would not hold air very well.
We used your vacation rental not exactly for a vacation stay. Both my daughter and I were constantly connected to the internet for work-related activities. The WiFi connection is fast and reliable. I would be quick to recommend your rental for business people as well. The connection gaps we experienced due to loss of signal were no different than we have experienced in hotel accomodations.
If the opportunity arises I will check first with you for availability, whether for myself or anyone I know.

The property was clean and well maintained, The listing was not very accurate, and there was Nothing to do at all! The owners were not very helpful at all. They live about 20 feet away from the rental and watched everything you did, your coming and goings. They grilled our company that had come to visit. We eneded up leaving and rentaling rooms in town. No I would never recommend this property to anyone.
Owner's Response: This is a renter that I would not recommend for any rental. We had to ask them to leave after they reserved the house for 2 people and tried to sneak in 10 or more. Had we known they were a party of 11 or 12, we would have never taken their reservation. Our home is not 20 feet away, it is more like 80 feet away and we give our guests the utmost privacy. As far as watching their coming and goings, when car after car start coming in at 9p.m., yeah we take notice. Grilling their company consisted of asking if they were part of their party. They could not get into the house and were sitting in front of the house with kids running around unsupervised. Our ad is completely accurate, we go above and beyond to try and make our guests feel at home. The only recourse they had was to leave negative feedback, as clearly they were in the wrong.

Beautiful well maintained grounds and rental house. The studio was very spacious and updated beautiful furnishings. Very welcoming with the fresh fruit, bottle of wine, and fresh baked goodies brought to our door the first morning. All the immenities of home for not much more than the price of a motel. Very quiet location, but just a short drive to everything. Marianne and Glen are very welcoming and gracious hosts. Definetly 5 Stars!

My younger son and I stayed here while visiting my older son who is a Marine at MCAB Cherry Point. The place wasabsolutely beautiful well maintained and very clean. The owners had genuine hospitality. It was quiet and very confortable made you feel at home.

Peace and tranquility

Our experience at the Neuse Breeze was nothing but spectular. Loved the baked goods being delivered to our front door every morning. It is a pleasure just to sit and watch the water see the dolphins frolic in the water, and OO cannot forget the beautiful sunsets. Moorehead City is close by and has tons of unic shops. If peace and tranquilitry is what your looking for this is it.

My family stayed here for a weekend to visit with my son who is job schooling at Cherry Point MCAS. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Marianne and Glen couldn't have been more gracious. The home made baked goods in the morning were delicious. What a nice touch! The room was perfect and spotless. EXTREMELY clean and brand new. It is really beautiful and very spacious for a studio.
The kids all enjoyed the kayak and paddle boat. They played a little wiffle ball and football on the huge grass area, and fished and swam in the river while we relaxed in our beach chairs under our umbrella.... so much nicer than a hotel. We brought our own food and cooked on the grill, and used the crockpot that was in the kitchen. It was very relaxing, and a wonderful atmosphere to catch up with our son. We didn't have to leave the grounds because there was enough to keep the kids happy and entertained. My Marine was so glad we came down to visit him. It was the perfect weekend getaway.
