We had a wonderful time last week. The accomodations were great....the views were amazing! The condo was clean and well maintained. We made a day trip to Tarpon Springs and a trip to the St. Pete. Pier. We spent most of our time on the beach taking walks and enjoying the sunshine! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo!

What a wonderful condo! It far exceeded our expectations and was even better than the description and photos. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated through out. It was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and cocktails at sunset watching dolphins and pelicans - fabulous views! We loved the location - right on the white sand beach, one mile from great shopping and restaurants at John's Pass. We travel to Florida once or twice a year and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week in this condo and one word says it all... FANTASTIC! Since it was a bit off season, there weren't any crowds and others staying in the Trillium felt the same way! Love the small complex and security of the building. Condo was GREAT! Largest 2 bedroom we have ever rented! Space to spread out - seeing as we had our son and his friend who are 23 with us - I loved having a big TV in the bedroom to watch while they controled the TV in the living room with Sports! We enjoyed our drinks on the beach during the fantasic sunsets, enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the morning from the balcony, and just LOVED the comfy beds! We slept most nights with all the doors open and listened to the waves crashing all night! Water was hotter in the hall bathroom shower than the master but that isn't enough to make me complain :-) Only thing missing for us was a muffin pan - but I just made my morning muffins in a cake pan! Just as Yummy!!!
Many thanks to the extras left over from other visitors. That honey was to die for!!!! and one evening I really wanted a cup of tea and long and behold - someone had left some in the unit! THANK YOU! We too left little things behind for those things you don't think of - or remember after you've left the store! Dockside Dave's right down the street is a MUST visit! Don't let the prices scare you - it is totally worth it! We went twice! Also, the trip to the Clearwater aquarium is well worth the trip up the coast. This a beautiful condo in a quiet part of town. The beach is incredible, excellent golf nearby and Sam's friendliness seals the deal. The condo itself is gorgeous, well equipped and worth every penny. We will certainly be back, in fact we didn't want to leave. It was so nice finding little things people left for others like honey for tea, salt and pepper, and coffee filters in the cupboard. Little things you may not have in your bag, it made us happy to leave a few items behond too !. the washer / dryer was a great asset, as were the beach chairs. It was so much fun. This place certainly feels like home, just with a much better view :)

We have vacationed in the Madeira Beach area for the past 20 years, and this 2 BDRM condo was the best by far. Quiet and uncluttered. It was everything that we would have wanted in a vacation condo, in fact, we called Samuel mid-week and reserved our annual two-week vacation for May before we left. The condo is exceptionally clean and newly furnished with very comfortable beds and all needed kitchen supplies for eating in (especially breakfast) on the balcony ...WHAT A VIEW!...food for the soul. We are 3 adults so the best amenity is the layout of the condo which provides each bedroom with an ocean balcony and everyone gets to drift off to sleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves on the beach, which is VERY unusual in most condos in the area. We felt right at home and were so comfortable that no one wanted to leave. We have definitely found our vacation spot and will return again and again. The weather turned colder than we would have liked, but that didn't deter from sitting on the balcony, or walking the beach, enjoying the power of the ocean waves that crashed on the clean, white-powder sand. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

easy to find, easy trip from tampa airport, gas, coffee, dining and groceries etc are all within walking distance. condo was updated and clean. beach and water are awesome. very relaxing vacation. owner very responsive to emails etc

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and our experience was amazing! The condo is very modern and very nice. We felt "at home" from the time we walked through the door. It was amazing to be in any room and be able to look out at the ocean and watch the dolphins and manatees playing. You are literally just a few steps from the water. The owner of this beautiful place was very responsive and helpful. We had a little issue with the air conditioning and he answered our call immediately, had someone out to fix it very quickly and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Once the issue was resolved, he communicated he was available, but never interrupted our vacation unless we needed him. We will be going back again without a doubt!!

Need I say more? We started each day with walk on the beach which was literally our "backyard". We spent our afternoons soaking up the sun and taking in the surf, and the pool. Everything was literally right there - we did not have to leave our place to experience this. The beach was also nice and private not overrun with people. We liked that. At night we took a short drive to local destinations like st. petersburg, clearwater, tarpon springs, john's pass OR we stayed home made delicious dinners in the well equipped and nicely renovated kitchen followed by sunsets from our balcony - what views!!! We really enjoyed ourselves and found the condo and the location a good place to get a little peace and relaxation. we can't wait to get back.
