Fantastic Vacation!

This was my second stay in this lovely home but the firs time it was under different ownership. I greatly enjoyed the upgraded furnishings and amenities! The home was clean and well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware and pots and pans to cook up that freshly caught seafood.
The house is perfect for a multi-family vacation even though it was just me and my dogs. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out along with the pool table, hot tub, TVs in all the rooms and wet bar in the basement.
The location is great and the expanded views are amazing. We enjoyed long walks on the beach each day, lazy days by the pool and wonderful mornings and evenings on the many decks. Thanks for providing such a lovely vacation spot - we will be sure to return!

What a fantastic vacation home!

My family and I recently stayed at Ocean Blue and were thrilled beyond all of our expectations. The photos online hardly do the house justice. The house was immaculate and the furnishings are gorgeous.
The view of the ocean and much of Rodanthe from the top deck is unparalled. The wall of windows on the ocean side of this home makes for unforgettable views and literally bathes the house in sunshine.
Ocean Blue is equipped with everything you could possibly need while vacationing and the beds were especially comfortable. The hot tub is a great feature, especially since we were visiting off-season and the fact that this house comes with Concierge Service in case anything needs to be addressed during your stay, is a huge bonus!
Ocean Blue and Rodanthe are a short, gorgeous drive from all the shopping and restaurants you could want in Nags Head. We especially enjoyed our visits to Kitty Hawk Kites, which is very close by in Waves. This year we also found a hidden treasure for dinner, Owen's Restaurant on the beach road in Nags Head.
We are already planning next year's trip and have recommended Ocean Blue to the rest of our family and friends!

It honestly does not get better than this in Rodanthe! This home has it all and then some when you sit back and enjoy the quality of all the ammenities. The view is ocean front quality - you can see ocean blue forever from three sides; even preparing meals was painless with endless view of the ocean and sand.
With a perfect home comes the perfect host and management company. I made a call to address a minor cable tv/internet issue and within 20 minutes someone was at the home and followed through to ensure satisfaction - even stopped the next day to make sure all was still well. The home was clean with sheets and towels provided. The elevator was perfect as our Labrador (Rodanthe) is recovering from ACL surgery.
The location is convenient to the Sound side - just cross 12 and head two blocks; the Liberty (local gas and grocery) is a stone through away. The home is located just as you enter Rodanthe and strikes you as one of the places you pass and say, 'wow, that one is really nice!'
I am looking forward to renting it again in August 2011 and again and again! Thank you for making this Christmas vacation one to remember!
