Amazing vacation!
Hi Rose,
Thank you so much for your beautiful condo! My family and I had a wonderful stay in Maui. The condo was perfect for us. The view was amazing..my husband and I spent many evenings enjoying it! The property manager was very accommodating and was available anytime we needed anything. Thanks again!

Spectacular Maui!
We had an amazing time staying at Honua Kai. The condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed with amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, boogie boards, kids toys, a cooler, movies, etc, etc, etc. My family was very impressed with the management of the condo, and Rick (the property manager) was very helpful and easy to work with. Rose was always helpful and prompt during the booking process and in answering all my questions. When comparing prices to other comparable properties, this room comes out far ahead of the rest, especially compared to booking through the resort. We look forward to the opportunity to stay in room 305 again!

Great Location, Great View
Similar to prior reviews, this was a great property for families with children.
Good location near center of Ka'anapali (Whaler's Village) but without the crowds.
Best value for location, view, amenities, privacy, quality of room, and low level of noise.

Paradise on Maui
This place was AMAZING!!. My wife, daughter and I had the trip of a lifetime and this condo was a great part of it. Everything about the place is as advertised. It was well furnished,clean and the amenities were wonderful. My favorite part was to wake up early and watch the sunrise on Molokai as seen from the lanai. My 6 year old daughter absolutely loved the all of the pools on the property. There is a high attention to detail when it comes to way Honua Kai is run. The staff were friendly helpful and everything was immaculate. Thanks to Rose and John for making this a wonderful time. We will definitely consider #305 again. Mahalo.

Best Condo Experience!
My family just got back from staying in this lovely condo. We had a wonderful time and the condo and all of the amenities were perfect for us and our 2 small children. The view to the pool and ocean was amazing. I will recommend staying in this condo to everyone heading to Maui. The Honua Kai grounds are beautifully manicured too. You will be so happy if you choose to stay in this condo. It is everything a Maui vacation should be!

The best week and condo ever!!!
We stayed in this fabulous condo during mid-February, 2011. I couldn't have been more impressed with how easy it was to book this place. Rose is so great to work and is super organized! We had six people with us and we are all in our late twenties/early thirties. We couldn’t have been more impressed with this resort and the room. The room has a "brand new" feel to it and was super clean. The beds were super comfy and I loved how large both bathrooms were! You have a great view from the balcony of the ocean and resort. My husband and I had a separate hotel (Hyatt) for half of our stay due to his work. We were paying twice as much and our room didn't even compare to our room at Honua Kai. I would consider myself and our group pretty picky on where we stay and we couldn't have been more impressed! We are definitely planning on staying here again in the future!!!

Loved everything about this place!
Thank you Anderson family, for sharing your beautiful apartment with us. It was beautifully presented and exactly as described, and perfect for our family with two young children. We were so impressed with how well-equipped it was -- not only with the porta-crib and highchair which made travelling with two young children so much easier, but also the comfy beds, fantastic modern kitchen, washer & dryer, and the bonus of having all the beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella, towels etc etc etc which made our beach days complete. It was also nice having the choice between using the air conditioning or the ceiling fans in each room.
The location within the resort was perfect -- very close proximity to the pools, Duke's Restaurant, and the beach, with lovely views over the pools and out to the ocean. It's even a beautiful view at night too, with all the tiki torches lit up around the pool and restaurant. Noise from those common areas was not an issue (which I worried about when we first arrived, since we have kids who need naps!) since the glass folding doors out to the lanai seal out the noise. Having outdoor furniture on the lanai was a bonus as well, so we could enjoy meals out there too. Although if I had one criticism (at a stretch) it was that we weren't allowed to hang bathing suits or towels out there to dry. (But I think that is a resort-wide restriction, not just for this unit in particular.)
The resort facilities were great, we especially loved the swimming pools and the fact you could get food and beverage service from Dukes right to your chaise lounge by the pool. We are SO happy we chose to stay in #305 at Honua Kai and would highly recommend it to anyone!
