Clean, Comfortable 3BR 2BA 5th Floor Condo with Balcony Overlooking the Gulf

Beautiful Sunsets can be viewed from the balcony off the living room and master bedroom. This home is 7 miles south of Clearwater, 9 miles north of St. Pete Beach.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed and a Day bed with pull out. Flat screen TV in each bedroom.

There is a one-car garage with lots of Toys for playing in the sand, Beach Chairs & mats for your use. No need to drag them up to the condo.

Free Internet Connection, Bring your lap top.- Free Long Distance- 4 color TV'S with Cable. DVD/CD ( 42' Sony HDTV i n the living room.) Washer & dryer in unit, dishwasher, water softener, refrigerator with filtered crushed & cubed ice and water in the door. One car garage wi t h lots of sand toy's etc. for your enjoyment.

Wonderful place to unwind and relax . Beautifully furnished top floor condo, no overhead noise. 1425 Sq Ft of Living space.

Baby bed, high chair, hair dryers in each bath, Safe for your use, heated pool, one car garage, BBQ grill & picnic area. Cabana's available for rent on the beach.

I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay at your condo it was more then we expected ..The view on the belcony was like a post card.We will be renting again.I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay it was a home away from home . We didn't want to leave ..The condo was so nice and relaxing ...The beach was amazing and in the morning sitting on the belcony you could see the dolphins swim by ..wow.It was like something out of the movies ....

Have your ever stayed in Paradise..Staying in Seagate 505 was it.. With the well thought out condo and the beaches with the gulf, even with the rain each day it was a vacation to remember..There are so many extra activities to be done plus the day trips.. I highly recommend a trip to John's Pass for a parasail ride, it was totaly awesome, and a trip to Tarpon Springs..So if you have never stayed in the area there is lots to do and then come home to a very very comfortable home away from home..Would I go back--in a heartbeat, I did not want to leave..It's hard to rent a pig in a poke but I am so glad I took this chance because it really paid off..There is a garage and it was nice to be able to put the sand toys in it and not take them up to the unit..Will plan on returning..

My best friend and I have stayed at Seagate #505 since 1995. Every year it just gets better and better. The condo has everything you could ask for and it is kept very clean. The view is MUCH MORE than you can ever imagine. Every morning, while we are having coffee on the balcony, we see dolphins and manatees. Who wouldn't love that?! The owners are extremely wonderful to talk with. We wish we could stay forever!!!

My entire family and I stayed at the condo including my parents and my (2) children. Everyone loved it. The best deal for so much of what you get. The beds are more comfortable than my own and the place is stocked better than anywhere I have stayed. A must stay for anyone.
